in general, scammers are and will be everywhere, you, most importantly, remember that you can not go by third-party links and drive the purse number into the search box. Also keep your passwords away from other people's eyes. as for the fraudsters of the ICO, everything is simpler here: as thoroughly as possible study new projects, read the white paper, talk with managers about any features of the project and check whether it has the support of large investors.

another thing is, immediately report to MOD the projects that are sketchy and looks like a ponzi scheme. Yes, there are lots of projects that promises good return without doing anything, so there is a higher possibilities that it is fake. So, do some necessary actions.

Sometimes, getting rid of scam projects is hard since we wouldn't know in the beginning of the project if it is successful or not. I guess a remedy for it is just to seek for an early update about the flow of the project. We must do series of research about it before joining or investing.

The only one to protect ourselves from scam is ourselves considerations. It requires the good analysis and research on the crypto, ICO, or coins to avoid or minimize the chance to be scammed. Scam coin or ICO are similar with the legit one.
I know that this require a lot of time and certain skills but this is the only way we can protect ourselves right now.

An old theme with various visions, opinions and with each passing day there is new means of scam and new ways of getting away from them. In general when the project promises too much, when the delivery time of the product is too long in this case the possibility of running away with your money is huge. There is that scam that matches everything and in the end disappears showing and teaching us that we can not trust anything and nobody in this crypto world. Overall doing your research with quality is the essential way to avoid inconvenience and also observing project opinions in communicative ways can help in this quest.

We can not be 100% sure but doing a thorough research helps us a lot in making good decisions. I was scammed in Zenad Masternode project. In frustration and anger I started a discord server - Crypto Scams. It really took off and it has over 1000 members now. Discussing with fellow investors has helped all of us a lot. We have avoided many scams through spreading awareness. Perhaps we need more such initiative so that all right thinking people could unite.

I think it will be difficult to avoid a fraud, because we never know the content of a person's heart, we do not know which job contains fraud, because there is no significant difference between the right job and the fraudulent job.
so far, I always follow the project for a while, because if I follow the old project then the losses I get will be greater if the project is a fraud.

Just try to be careful, that`s it. Scam is everywhere, so not to get into it - it is impossible, but you always can watch your step before making it. So carefulness is a key here. But also - preparing yourself that this will happen once.

You just have to be sharp and well judging to avoid the scams. You also have to have sufficient knowledge over the industry and all kind of transactions that will help you to differentiate scam and real. In a word, knowledge and learning will take you to the way of knowing the real one.

Do not invest in a project that you think might something in doubt or doing wrong, it is very hard now to earned money so we have to protect ourselves from scam by simply means of researching and investigating in a project before investing our money to them.

fraud is difficult to know. even people who are long in this field also mash I often come across many who complain because of the scam. might just as well not enough analysis to investigate the project. need some other references from the site or community that discusses this. so the more information will make the better too because you can exchange info about ICO good success or scam.

Considering the fact that cryptocurrency is a very vast platform, incidents like scam can hardly be completely avoided for now. However, all investors are always advised to do a thorough research before parting with their money for any ICO. I believe that with time, a measure will be put in place by various regulating bodies to curtail frauds.

It is very difficult to distinguish scam. All the information given is almost perfect. Only when the ICO is running for some time can we know it's too late.
I think you should join the analysis team on tele. The people you help reduce the scam percentage.

scammers will always be there because a lot of greedy people want to make a profit quickly, cryptocurrency is of course the right target for greedy people and always has a malicious intention to take a chance by exploiting many investors to be part of the scammer's promised program. lately there are many scammer projects that bring the money that has been invested by the people involved, so before deciding to invest in a project that is able to offer big rewards should do more research on the people involved in the project and understand the future purpose of whitepaper that has been provided

Scams are very rampant now.  Scammers are smart individuals who are doing everything to mimic the legit projects. They will be difficult to identify. However, investigating and researching can be of great help.

I think it is hard to avoid all of the scams but it is good to be careful to make the investment. We need ot find enough information about the coins such as the team members and the the project itself. If you can not find enough information, you had better go away.
