Remember to get all Rubycoin on Bittrex before Nov 20th or your coins will be lost. If anyone you know might have Rubycoin, please spread the word. This is really important!!

If sending a large amount, I recommend splitting it up into smaller transactions and setting a transaction fee. It defaults to none, but for large transactions it is recommended you have one to avoid any possible complications.

If you have any questions or concerns, please let me know. Thank you.

Can you post some info ? why swap ?

A friendly reminder that coin-swap.net will NOT be participating in this swap to a new blockchain so those of you with balances please withdraw ASAP.

SCAM

What a scum bag this dev is lol Leaves his own coin stranded to do work on other coins, tried scamming Arch without releasing any work while simultaneously "trying" to fud and now finally he's bringing the ruby coin his scraps lol. He cares about money not his own community or coin. All these features were planned on Arch and he didn't complete his job in time so now ruby gets the leftovers, good obedient dogs you are lol

He answered u, granted it wasn't much of an explanation. It still doesn't make sense to me why bittrex is needed to swap over to pos when many other coins have went from pow to pos smothely. Just another reason why you should get out while u still can.

Correct, the method we have to use is less than ideal. I wouldn't blame anyone for dumping and getting out.
I have to say I admire your honesty, that's a + mate

If you have any RBY at IPOminer, it will be locked up and automatically swapped for you.

Make sure you have the latest wallet and set a transaction fee. If that doesn't fix it, try sending a different amount.

Really appreciate the response, wonder if you could point me to a link to latest wallet, so that I'm sure I have the correct one?
Thanks again.

SO don't we need a new wallet to get the "new" coins back out of Bittrex?   I haven't seen an updated one yet...

I've been watching to see how this switch works being its a first time I've seen this. I left some coins on bittrex just to see if i could transfer them after the swap

Why is there no clear information about that swap on http://www.rubycoin.org/ ?

Mining with the new 2.0.0.0 version, leads to many many blocks, but all with value 0

What I understand, now it is not possible anymore to get out the coins from the old blockchain.
Shall everyone stop mining Ruby now?

On swisscex the old Ruby coin can still be deposited and traded.
How will you prevent to have RubyV1 and RubyV2 running in parallel Huh

In my opinion it was a really bad idea to start another blockchain.
Hope that will not kill the coin.
