Received my shares extremely promptly! Thanks Ken!

Great, The next transfer will be the final one after the 21st as most sharehold have transferred their shares.

Edit:  The final transfer will include the shareholders that did not transfer their shares to AMC-TENDER and bitfunder transferred them to the issuer.

The shareholders who did not transfer their shares to AMC-TENDER should make sure that their CT email address is the same one that they used on
bitfunder as that will be the email address we transfer the shares to on CT.

What is the process for those shareholders who did not get in their transfer to bitfunder on time? Will the transfer happen by default or do we need to email you? I can't find this information elsewhere in the thread.

Why has the website still not been updated? You said it was a top priority more than 10 days ago and still nothing. It is a 4-6 hour job to re-do that site not a 10 day job.

Why has the extra hash power not been added to the DC yet? You said once the AC was fixed (which you have since said it has been) it would just be a case of flicking the on switch as everything was set up already, was this just another lie?

Do you have any comment on the equipment that is just sat idle depreciating in value by the day?

Ken this needs adressing.

It's getting to a point now, within this long drawn out process that I'm starting to disbelieve everything you say.

I've been an avid supporter for almost a year now.

You  are not treating our invest and trust in you and ActM with any outward facing business acumen.

Sparky has questioned exactly what I was going to as I've been good at keeping my feelings to myself, however; that is unfortunately changing by day the day with ActM.

What kind of company can only work on one single thing at a time?

Clearly not a successful one.

We are working on something else more important.

Can you seriously not take five minutes and elaborate on this vague response?

Does it even pertain to AMC/VMC or have you moved onto bigger and better things?

Either you own the bitcoins(private keys) or you don't. However with moneroj, nobody knows what you own.

And why does it have to be "we". I presume none of the staff has the ability to edit a php file so they must have hired a web dev. What is/has he been doing this whole time?

There is such a negative presumption in here... I have a suspicion about what Ken might be working on, and if I'm right, then I agree it's more important than pretty much everything else. Although if what I suspect Ken is working on is correct, it may also come to nothing, but definitely worth focusing on.

With all that said I wish Ken would just hire a web-dev and get the website re-built. 2-3btc should do the job.

The problem is Ken doesn't know how to delegate. He is trying to do everything himself but he can't, yet he keeps trying to. And that's why there is only one thing being attended to at a time.

Many here have offered to help, for free, and with far greater skills than Ken in a given area, but Ken ignores all help - he HAS to do it himself. He doesnt know how to delegate.

This doesn't explain why the DC hash rate is still at 85TH, you said the AC was fixed already and that the power just needed to be turned on - that is a two minute job unless, you lied to us. Something else may be more important but there is no way someone with the expertise to press the ON switch hasn't been at the DC in the last week.

STOP LYING TO US KEN.

According to Ken, it appears he already has a web designer:

...Payment in Bitcoin is apparently not an option ...Sad

Wrong. Pay With BTC

Maybe you should put those directions on the web page, genius.

Genius, I have already instructed the website designer to add that to our description, thank you

remember the fact ken had 737GH of avalon equipment since late 2013, barely visible to shareholders and (for all intentions) seemingly kept private by ken?

I find it hard not to beleive that there IS more than 85TH running at the datacenter now that the AC if fixed, but that a portion of it is not directed at the shared eligius address.

What if Ken were to distribute the remaining available cards to the shareholders in proportion to the amount of shares that they have. We would then cover the costs of operation and would not need a datacenter. We would all have to point our cards at the ACTM address. That way we would not be wasting these resources. I don't know how it could be verified that each person is doing as they agreed but there could be some way.

Almost like a shareholder distributed DC.

We are working on something else more important.

Ken's Priorities:
1: Huh
2: vauge forum posting
3: MSD discussion
4: improving DC hashrate to add the additional 100TH that should have been online already.
5: removing non-existent products from front page of website
6: shareholders

so ken; please tell everybody what is 'more important' than hardware deployment and the website
