Also slightly off topic, but this relates to us as we'll.

I haven't been following AM, but it seems like they have already sold 40PH worth of chips and the majority of that is going into mining farms..so yeah..

Every so often I dip into the hardware section to see what people think about VMC products.

Clicked on the following thread, which admittedly I am very skeptical of simply because no proof is given. But hey. You guys like to go round in circles shouting at each other over nothing, so here is something to ponder on.

Personally... I am just holding my shares and seeing where this going.

well the Chips already exist. we got them from www.easic.com

and the miner isnt to sell... yet have have to test it atm
but my friend wants to build some of them for selling also,  when everything goes smooth.

the miner Needs 2x 380-480v a30 industrial connectors (plugs)

No, I am not implying that at all. I in fact think that the other post is 'trolling' at the stage, since no proof is given and would have been easy to do so.

You are right, now is the time to secure your BTC because BTC may be about to become unstoppable. ACTM on the other hand could be dead already. That is the reality here so don't be caught having missed the train. Secure some BTC now.

Over 30k just sold around the 0.00009 level - so the big buyer from earlier today likely paid double what he needed to. Must be kicking himself.

The only silver lining to this is that if BTC goes up, our hardware will be worth more and we might have more liquid cash to ride this very unstable train we've called Active mining.

Remember Stuart don't sell shares for less than 0.04 to trolls.

Hopefully Ken will unveil this very important project that has kept him very busy this week, tomorrow. I look forward to hearing about it.

The site has needed updating for several months not just this week. The 'project' is just an excuse as is when asked about 28nm he said 'there are lots of things going on'. How many times have we heard that.

You're right. Just giving them the benefit of the doubt. Before this week they had other concerns, now.. Not so much. So I would love to hear what excuse make it out and in the open this week.

I just can't possibly see what's more important than selling hardware.

From previous post we can conclude that Ken has a web design guy. So what exactly does this guy do?

We should at least figure out how many individual people work for this company so we can get a better understanding of what this company is and is not capable of in under certain timelines. I am starting to sense that this Web Guy is also the PR Guy who is also the Finance Guy who is also busy setting up racks in the DC.

So Ken. (Or ACTM-Thread since I feel like this will be ignored). Are there any specific plans to fix the website and what is this more important proposition that you are currently working on. I am assuming it's finishing tendering shares as I can't see it being anything else.

@Zum can you connect these dots?

Received my shares extremely promptly! Thanks Ken!

Great, The next transfer will be the final one after the 21st as most sharehold have transferred their shares.

Edit:  The final transfer will include the shareholders that did not transfer their shares to AMC-TENDER and bitfunder transferred them to the issuer.

The shareholders who did not transfer their shares to AMC-TENDER should make sure that their CT email address is the same one that they used on
bitfunder as that will be the email address
we transfer the shares to on CT.

hi

that bolded sentenced, i kept asking you during bitfunder closure if the share holder list will contain bitfunder user email along with btc address and share number.

but you always tell me, only bitcoin address and share numbers, and no email information with it.

now those who didnt transfer, i assumed they will need verify using btc address sign thing.
but woooh, you seem to know there email address, HOW?

please explain
