Bitcoin is uncrackable until all disease is curable.

My thought behind this is that if a computer can brute force crack bitcoin, then it will also be able to fold all possible protein combinations. Excuse my innumeracy as poetic license.

Any significantly advanced cryptocurrency is indistinguishable from Ponzi Tulips.

"Bitcoin: a Ponzi scheme since 2009"

Note: of course this is sarcastic. A characteristic feature of Ponzi schemes is that they cannot last for a long time; reminding people that Bitcoin has been around for almost 3 years should make the contradiction clear.

ok, less sarcastic version:

"Bitcoin: called a Ponzi scheme since 2009"

"Democratic control of one's productive life is at the core of any serious human liberation." -Noam Chomsky

That's the most convoluted rephrasing of "Freedom is slavery" that I've ever read. Human liberation comes from putting yourself under others' control?!

And anyway, this was supposed to be Bitcoin one-liners.

Where do you get under 'others' control from that?  You could have also read  "Human liberation comes from having control of your own life."
Democracy means 'people have an equal say in the decisions that affect their lives.'

"I watch bitcoin charts so I have of late--but
wherefore I know not--lost all my mirth, forgone all
custom of exercises; and indeed it goes so heavily
with my disposition that this goodly frame, the
earth, seems to me a sterile promontory, this most
excellent canopy, the air, look you, this brave
o'erhanging firmament, this majestical roof fretted
with golden fire, why, it appears no other thing to
me than a foul and pestilent congregation of vapours.
What a piece of work is a man! how noble in reason!
how infinite in faculty! in form and moving how
express and admirable! in action how like an angel!
in apprehension how like a god! the beauty of the
world! the paragon of animals! And yet, to me,
what is this quintessence of dust?

Networks of cooperating people using cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin will do to banks what networks of cooperating politicians and corporations did to governments, control the game, this time democraticly.

I would like to revive this thread, with a quote from Rick Falkvinge:
