You plan to build your smart contracts on top of ethereum blockchain. We all knows that ethereum can handle ~30tps. How will you solve the scalability issue?
Maybe some of things will be offchain.I mean there will be an app so everything is possible. Like offline transactions? |

I doubt anyone would dare to put a name of some of the biggest retailers on their websites without having some agreement with them.
