Africans Turn to Bitcoin to Beat the System

Africans are increasingly going digital as the continent undergoes a period of sustained interest in Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies, according to Finance Magnates.

There are many reasons why Africans are beginning to turn to cryptocurrencies rather than traditional currencies. Many nationals fall foul of inflation and hyperinflation, resulting in weak and unstable financial systems. Recently, countries such as Zimbabwe, South Sudan, and oil-rich Nigeria have all suffered, many of these countries with inflation rates well into the hundreds of percentages. In these situations, it is hardly surprising that populations look to a more stable form of monetary solution in their daily lives.

Mathematician Trailblazing for Bitcoin Privacy with “Scriptless Scripts”

Mathematician Andrew Poelstra is working on a system whereby Bitcoin users will be able to enjoy increased privacy.

Poelstra feels that companies have now become completely intrusive, delving into to the lives of users who wish for a certain degree of anonymity as they use the blockchain; data is shared and sold on with no benefit whatsoever to the owner. Cases in point being Facebook and Instagram, to name just two of the numerous companies in cyberspace sharing unowned data.

Hello cryptocurrency enthusiasts, traders, investors, innovators, miners, and advocates! I will be posting BitcoinNews articles and videos in this thread, from https://bitcoinnews.com/ . We cover the full spectrum of Bitcoin, blockchain, and cryptocurrency news with about 10 new stories being published per day. I hope you find the videos educational, and I will always be checking in to answer any questions, comments, or critiques.

To start, here is a video about hyperbitcoinization, an optimistic way to start this thread  Smiley

Hyperbitcoinization: The End Of Fiat Currency, $100M Bitcoin?

Hyperbitcoinization is defined Bitcoin commentator ObiWan Kenobit as “a theoretical state wherein Bitcoin displaces legacy currencies and becomes the dominant if not only method to exchange value”. Hyperbitcoinization was first discussed by Nakamoto Institute founder Daniel Kraswisz in 2014, and ObiWan Kenobit thinks it could lead to Bitcoin prices as high as USD 100 million per coin.

and yes i believed that bitcoin can reach that value but not now maybe after 20 years so its more good to hold it than selling it in a  low price and if you have a faith that bitcoin will increase more buy more when the value is too low and you will become success in the future sureee 100 percent.
