In my very own opinion, due to the unstable or low price of tokens it's better to just hold your tokens and wait until the price goes up or bump up then sell your tokens when the price goes up so that you can earn more money with that.

don't sell your token in the loss.yes market is bleeding but it will green again in some days.as a market cycle now we are in depression moment after we pass it we can again in to the green days. hold your coins until green days and buy in this deep is good investment as i guess
