I have been in the crypto for a brief period and I have been seeing that once the Bitcoin is High a similar thing runs with a large portion of the alts and same thing when Bitcoin is down. I think this on the grounds that to that Bitcoin is pioner of all coins existed in the market and alts designed the market stream to bitcoin. However, there are a few coins or alts that are not get affwcted by the significant coins moves.

Not your prediction alone but with speculations by most traders, after bitcoin rises and continues to do that the next thing to happen is, alts will rise as well, its been notice last years run and if same pattern happen then we can expect that things will be much better if we can just hold and wait, right now

Because of trading pairs. Everything tends to trade against either Bitcoin or Ethereum, but not against fiat. So if coin X has a price per coin of around 0.1 BTC, and then bitcoin shoots up in fiat value by 10%, the trading for coin X is likely to remain around 0.1 BTC... so effectively increasing in fiat value by 10% as well.

I believe the reason why the price of other altcoin is always affected by what happens to bitcoin is because bitcoin dominates the other crypto as the oldest and the first digital currency, other altcoin were built from the idea of bitcoin and this coin is also the most dominated and accepted coin so, if there is less demand of bitcoin, it affects the price and it falls thereby affecting altcoin.

I think, bitcoin prices will have an effect on altcoin prices, when bitcoin prices drop then almost all altcoin will also have a falling price but when bitcoin prices start to rise then the price of altcoin will also rise

usually when the price of bitcoin falls, altcoin prices also decrease. sometimes the price of bitcoin is stable while the prices of altcoins increase. When the price of bitcoin increases, sometimes the altcoin prices increase and sometimes the altcoin  prices do not increase. there is no general rule.

if I think personally after altcoin price down of course must be followed with the price of altcoin other types because they are the same in one cryto market. but if bitcoin prices rise then altcoin other types will also surely increase as well. because bitcoin is the most desirable altcoin on the market.

Apparently, bitcoin carries all the market on its shoulders. But the recent rise in bitcoin didn't see a concomitant rise in altcoins as it usually occurs. But bitcoin carries the market, no doubt. It is almost impossible to see bitcoin down to a certain level and see the altcoins rising.
