You should have a Pc that is only used for bitcoin trading purposes, but not for other purposes like surfing, Facebook, Twitter, etc. to prevent hackers from taking your account.

not to save your asset on exchanger. its really dangerous. its better if you want to trade, than you transfer from wallet to exchanger than keep it in there.
exchanger have high probabilitas to hacked than wallet. wallet is the best place to save your coin. but if you careless, its all same

I would recommend you this list to avaid scams:

Hardware wallet (I would recommend Trezor)

Use Google Autenticator when login

Use / ask for SMS Message when login

Spreading your risk management (Having multiple wallet and account)

To avoid scamming in the exchanges, use multiple exchanges but the best ones (I would recommend Binance, Bittrex, Huobi, DigiFinex and BCEX

its been half of 2018 and we have seen a lot hacks issue in crypto industry, exchanges, pools, traders everybody is being affected by this hacks.

what is the solution as i see hackers will not leave this chance as this industry is still in development mode( early stage).

is DEX are solutions for traders, let me know !
BTC

If you ask about solution, there are no solution for the hacked one. The solution is for the peoples who have not hacked yet.
They must learn how to secure their wallet from hackers. Using exchange wallet will not make your coins more secure.
Using your own wallet with extra careful when moving the coins is the best solution.

Many exchanges have been hacked before but I think the only way we can run out of these hacks or a solution to this is to be more vigilant as to the exchanges you involve yourself on and also never try leaving your coins on exchanges.

these hacks are really disturbing as hackers device new means every now and then to steal funds. Just try to be very careful with emails you receive as some are from scammers sending you cloned websites to click on. also be careful with your details and make sure you dont keep funds for long on exchanges.

I don't think there's a general solution to this menace but everyone should at all times be very vigilant, securely secure your funds and avoid visiting sites that will make suceptible to being hacked.

yes there are a lot of hackers. One need to be extremely careful as not to give out the private key. It should be stored on the desktop. DEX i think are not solutions for traders.

Nowadays hackers and scammers are so many and there are more tactics or ways to scam be aware, avoid clicking some unknown links because that is the most common way to scam, avoid giving your accounts. Be careful who you trust.

Indeed! Hackers are all around us and they seem to also upgrade their tactics to catch their preys. Security has to be of topmost priority. We have to do research and study the ways on how to prevent ourselves from becoming a victim of hackers. It's very important that we keep ourselves updated, and to stay watchful.

DEX is not the solution though, the solution is, do research and read about the facts! you have to be smarter than those smelly hackers! Buy a ledger or trezor hardware wallet, never take a picture of your phrase code, write on an offline paper. Never keep your coins on exchanges for a long time. If you follow these things then I can ensure, you are safe.

But the problem is that there's a lot of noob investors in the market. Remember we are taking off in the last few years and hackers also stepping their game. So its really hard for us to really and hackers are having their field day stealing money out of unsuspecting victims. So we need to be very very careful not be a victim him and do everything at our power to prevent such attacks.

the solution is to buy a good cellphone or lectop. in the sense that it is not easy to get into our cellphone or lectop. and always use additional security. and always clean your cellphone and lectops from viruses that can harm our assets. and do not install applications from unclear sources

The only solution is in the hands of the user. We might use Dexes for better security in trades but human errors still happen. Like what happened to etherdelta, the actual site isn't hacked but many users still lost crypto. I personally don't use cex much as it is the target of hackers and I also take extra care of my private keys; so far it has worked for me.

be more careful in maintaining your personal data, do not carelessly open a suspicious web because the web tends to be web phishing, do not open emails that are suspicious because usually the email is a scam in the name of your wallet, try using a hardwallet

I don't think there is a solution because there is "no system is safe" even traditional banks can be hacked, but because they are easy to track so hackers don't want to do it
Although there is no solution for this but you can still reduce the risk of hacking by storing crypto assets in a personal wallet or trading in decentralized exchange (DEX)

1. Use a hardware wallet. If you can't afford one, make sure your PC is clean and use an open source desktop wallet (e.g Electrum) that give you control over your private keys.
2. Don't store your funds in exchange for a long period of time. Deposit, trade instantly and withdraw.

well, but this make really hard to trade and use crypto!

Anyway, can someone tell me how is possibile to hack a dex like etherdelta?

I think we must find a way to learning about how to use our wallet with best security because the most factor for getting hacked is the error of the wallet owner. We must knowing that clicking suspicious link is dangerous for our wallet, always look the website when using the wallet to avoid phishing web, and the other things we must know.

I also hacked some of my accounts because of my login credentials in some unreliable places so I cleaned my computer and restricted my login to those pages. Also, I bought a hardware wallet to make sure my wallet was not being accessed illegally again
