I don't think this will happen most of the times since the bounty hunters were blamed by the team for dumping the value of the coin,so this not a mistake if they sell their tokens when they got listed then it id good idea though.

I can  discribe my strategy: for buying, to make dicision I carefully learn  project offer, does the project have a product, what is the total capitalization, who is the advisor, what technology and what problem this project   will solve. if at some point I doubt then I will not buy. Im dont like to be trading all the time so I have a quite different strategy, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesnt. What I do is first a big research of the coins that are starting at the moment. Then I pick between 1 and 3 the coins that I think that will raise a lot because of the community, staff, etc. Then I wait and normally this coins will be much expensive than when I bought them.

ICO investors is given the first opportunity to dump their coins but I'm sure they don't, and then after a month, bounty hunters are paid. What you see might be true because bounty hunters always think of money, so. they immediately dump it after few hours of receiving it and never look back and doesn't care if the coins has real usage or not. Probably a good strategy though, that is if you are willing to take the risk and wait for the coins to get listed on other exchanges.

I tend to disagree with that.  From what I've seen in this market it is just all hype valuations despite some really worthwhile coin projects. I think many coin projects are good with good value generation potential providing useful services in order to further create business value.  However, this market people just want to acquire a coin and sell it while it's high and probably buy back more when it's cheaper.  Nothing wrong with that strategy except for that the prices keep going down which isn't really fair for projects trying to fund various new ideas

yeah because they want to exchange their tokens to ethereum and this is why they sell too early. actually, if the investors realize about this, they should buy as much amount as you did because the price is down too deep and they don't have to spend much money to get much amount of the token. Actually the bounty hunters can not hold altcoins too long. I'm a bounty hunter and I've spent more than $ 3k for holding a potential altcoin.
Few altcoin can increase or match the ICO price for a period of time after being listed, most of the current ICO projects are easily excluded from the Crypto market. So I do not have faith anymore.
