Pity post...

I got really drunk last night and sold my 20k Blackcoins at 800 on the first wave. I woke up in the morning with a terrible hangover and watched the price of BC continue to rise, then I proceeded to throw up. I'm over it now, but it looks like I wont be able to buy back in without taking a pretty decent loss. Comfort me, ridicule me do what you will.

Pity Donations...

BFx85Y6LeLGEG1MmFLk5Muov1PDVhEv7f4

Ahaha, just buy back in man. Don't go for short profits.

that's not bad.... sometimes it's best to secure small profits, the whale may stop this pump at any time and then you'll be crying if you could have sold with a profit and now you have a loss instead. Happens to me a lot!
I sold 2k around 800 as well (bought at 600 so thats good!) I have plenty more, bought at higher prices so I'll get rid of that when there is profit on those buys as well and I have 2k of mined BC's that i may hold on to till we reach the moon. Smiley

Uh, I'm not sure what the developers did, but you should probably be aware that without PoW blocks a PeerCoin/NovaCoin fork is vulnerable to the stake burnin vulnerability.

Interesting, I was under the impression that the POS vulnerability was fixed in the next update.

It was -- by using modifiers derived from the entropy of the PoW blocks.  Grin

See in kernel.cpp:
Code:
bool ComputeNextStakeModifier(const CBlockIndex* pindexPrev, uint64& nStakeModifier, bool& fGeneratedStakeModifier){
...
}

ComputeNextStakeModifier uses hashes of 64 blocks (both PoW and PoS) as source of entropy.
Compare 64 blocks to forge StakeModifier with 10 blocks to confirm transaction.

I think not.
Why because while minig was price about ~1000 most trade volume was about ~2000.
If coin will contentious growing i think we going higher.
Everyone here have different strategy.
I eg i am for long run i have bought at 2000 at 1000 at 500...
that was np for me buying it higher or lower.

But many guys just wait to earn 100% and leave coin i can't assure you how it will go.
But in long run with 1% inflation it have better chance to grow up than those with high inflation or Xbilion coins clone.
Even Bitcoin will have 1% inflation in 10-20 years (float because people are burning BTC, destroying it it cruse higher inflation).
1% of interest is going direct to holder while in POW system that money are going to miners and then direct to market so even you have 1%
you as stakeholder are not hurted by inflation as much like in POW system where eg Doge. daily produce Doges for 560 BTC if Doge dont get buying support it price will fall.
With BC price can also fall but holders control price mostly not miners.

With pure POS system BC is totally different economy model in long run that 99% other coins here.
We are pioneers Cheesy.
