Hmm... Blockchain size is ~143 mb now... Didn't though of it earlier but does anyone now what's the average increase of blockchain size per month for POS phase? What size to expect in year or two?

It depends on things like number of transactions. Lets take the BTC blockchain as an example. It started off in 2009 and initially the blockchain was not that large. It is now around 14GB  for the Jan 2014 bootstrap file. What is interesting is that if you load the Jan 2014 bootstrap now, after importing the blocks, the bar is just over half way and the rest you have to download, indicating that usage of BTC was almost as much in the last 3 months than in the last 4 years. I dont know if there is a new bootstrap file, but my up to date BTC block folder is 20GB in size.

If the community sees BC as being used in day to day transactions for retail , online purchases etc, the blockchain size will outpace that of BTC. It is not far fetched that if BC is used much more that BTC, the blockchain size for BC might be the size of BTC in one year from now.

Haha, that'd be nice. But the amount of BC I have is probably much smaller than you'd believe. I think I will have to do other things in my life if I want to become wealthy. Mining more every day though with ~2 MH/s. I'm a big fan of the slow but steady rise for this reason. Holding what I've got like my life depends on it. I think BC's potential is bigger than anything I've seen in crypto for quite a while, and crypto itself could expand 100 times and still not be near it's full potential. That's why I'm trying to help add value to Blackcoin.
