On this whole Graycoin thing. Just saw that someone is apparently making a Greycoin... This should be interesting...

Is there any point in making a Pre-ANN? I envision someone else stealing the name before May 20 or how does that work exactly? Can you reserve names? In hindsight, someone should have made a really crappy altcoin and called it Whitecoin.

Every where you can get free money will be such "actions".
There is about 10 BC clones with different parameters.
BC is still young and starting anyway fair for all.
Those copies hurts each other but BC too but anyway in point of view on crypto start there BC anyway
BC is sun for them ^^...
Doge,Aurora,LTCnNXT all have clones this more than predictable.


But in long run clones usually go down.Most of Top coins aren't premined (mayby 3 was becouse of their system) and have something unique.

Anyway to be on top u need to make something different than just copy idea and count that will make you next lvl BTC.
Copy coins are forgotten all the time. When we have 1 new coin everyday that will happened only strong unique will survive the storm.
All want eat some BTC cake ^^ and hit that next BIG coin.

I don't think any new PoW coin will make it. BTC and Dogecoin (But might not be in Top 10) will still be around. Ripple just because. Multipools are going to make PoW coins decline. NXT will stay because of all the cool features. BC will stay because it's simple. Whitecoin will be in top 20 somewhere. Namecoin stays. Litecoin and Peercoin will be fazed out. Mastercoin probably since people paid BTC for it. I think? Don't remember.

I try to be optimistic all BC clones brings people to BC at the end we just need to hard working not just copy ideas.

That guy is trying to push the price until "Technical" indicators fail and a new "Technical Sell off"  begins..  I assume he wants to set up BC for another round of volatility which could benefit him or others.  We will see..

Why not just use it as an opportunity to get cheaper coins like everyone else does? People who complain tend to have all of their eggs in one basket, if you are diversified it becomes an opportunity when there is a forced devaluation by a large player.

I agree it is an opportunity (I have a lot of baskets... this just happens to be my biggest basket, because I believe in this coin)... but if the whale uses this sell wall to get more coins for himself he keeps control over the market... I don't mind fluctuations, but dumps like last tuesday causes BC investors a lot of stress.... This cannot happen if the coins are more evenly distributed and not one person has 100's of BTC worth of BC to dump in minutes.....

It is most likely multiple people. If two or more people place the same sell order, Mintpal combines them together. So if I have a sell order for 10BTC @ 40000 and you have a sell order for 10BTC @ 40000 it will be displayed as 20BTC @ 40000.

This puppy whale just want to buy your cheap Blackcoins, this pile of garbage needs to be wiped out faster, I already suggested some weeks ago to create a superbuy the pool, it would be perfect to break off these walls.

Currently in the process of making:

I have 3 different developement teams working on each site.  Along with everything that the devs are currently working on, we should be in a for a great month of May. =)
