I think it's up to that person who wants to leave it. It's totally depends on leaving determined and always keep himself into a good company. And maintaining a regular and punctual life.

we know smoking is bad for health..we should quit this...its all depends on you...its depends on your mental power and environment. 
I know bad, but I want everyone's suggestion to abandon this practice

my advice if you want to quit smoking is to reduce the number of cigarettes you normally use, when you want to smoke so eat something to keep your mouth busy with it and eat fruit to stay healthy

Your words are reasonable, I keep chewing gum in a pocket. When I feel bad, I started chewing gum. Which kept me better than ever

This is a very good interest? But there are problems if you smoke to chewing gum

my grandfather stopped when he got an illness due to smoking that can cause severe health damage or death... hopefully he stopped it when he replace smoking by eating sweets chocolates and ice creams... hope this helps

To stop on smoking you need to have a good mind set that you need to stop on smoking..follow some step on how to stop on smoking like reducing how many sticks of cigarrete you smoke in a day, chewing a gum, try some alternative way like electronic cigarrete.

Its a mental game. You gotta quit over and over again, everytime you have the urge you got to stay on top of it. Good luck, its hard but you can do it.

Some say that vaping can let you lessen smoking, but in my case it made me smoke a lot, since then I decided to entirely quit on vaping and smoking. It was hard because I have to work late night shifts and smoking helps me. The hardest part in quitting was deciding to stop smoking.

Its too hard to quit smoking especially if you smoke for many years, but if you can discipline your body I think you can, Just replace your bad habits into god habits always play basket ball and any different sports that helps your body.

I started practicing cigarettes since I was 9 years old. Regular smoking starts from the age of 12. Now I am 26 years old, I'm trying hard to give up smoking, but can not do  not? Can someone give me some good advice to quit smoking?
I have had problems with smoking for a very long time. But I found a guaranteed way to stop. I used a nicotine patch for 3 weeks

Know its harms on you and the people around you. Try to take a break for short time while smelling something pleasant like flower blooms and you'll never want its bad smoke again.

try to very very focus on something who take a long time, and you can eat Chewing gum when you really want smoke.
