I believe it's better to ask a doctor for help. As with any addiction, it's much more effective with the support of a qualified specialist.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

I heard about injections that are made in the ear. My friend had this treatment in Israel and after that he never smoked again. Find information on the Internet😉

I suggest you to be mindful of yourself first. Thoughts, emotions, motivations etc. Surely, there is a reason why you smoke. And when you realize what is it... think of a possible solution to do that. No matter how much you crave for it, it is just a habit. You may change it.

Think of its negative effect and impact that it can bring to your health and your family. Then you can thank me later.

I thought it was easy at first. But after several hours of trying not to smoke, I realized how hard it is to resist the smoking sensation. Candies didn't help. And then a friend introduced me to vaping. And I loved it. At least I was able to quit smoking for a year now without sacrificing to resist the urge to inhale smoke or this time, the vapor from the vape. I know technically I'm still smoking but it's not smoke anymore. It's vapor! No more bad smell, and I feel that my lungs got clearer now. And it makes me to hate the smell of cigarettes too. I know there are also disadvantages when vaping but I'm pretty sure cigarette is even twice or trice the danger it can bring.

In order to quit smoking instantly, You have to have a very good reason with a big impact in your life. The worst one would be to suffer from bad health and illness by you or someone around you that was caused by your smoking. Then you'll realize you have to stop soon when it's too late. If you know better than this and you believe that you still have the discipline in yourself than please don't wait for this to happen. Like they always say, prevention is always better than cure.

Quitting smoking is not that easy and it should take a lot of willpower, Focus, and discipline. But if you're really getting a hard time, You may want to try vaping instead of smoking. Vape whenever you feel the urge to smoke. Do it once in a while until the vaping fully replaced your smoking. And that would be a good start to try to quit vaping which is much easier than to stop smoking. That's what I did.

I started practicing cigarettes since I was 9 years old. Regular smoking starts from the age of 12. Now I am 26 years old, I'm trying hard to give up smoking, but can not do  not? Can someone give me some good advice to quit smoking?
I used to smoke also in my early age and its been so long when i finally started to quit smoking. At first it is difficult for me to quit smoking because i used to smoke daily , but with the help of medication i slowly quit smoking. At first its hard but when you have the urge to quit smoking , you will surely quit it slowly and have a self discipline and self control.

An addicting habit is so difficult to break specially if you're surrounded by people who can't even break the habit themselves.  Your self-control should be outstanding and your will as sturdy as a rock.  That is, if you don't want to suffer the complications in the long run.  I can say this coz I lost two loved ones who were certified chain smokers.  Good luck!

Just don't buy cigarettes. You usually want to smoke, because you don't know what else to do. Try to do something all the time, so you won't have time to smoke.

Think about all the money you can invest in bitcoin if you don't buy packs of cigs.

If it is not easy at once, give yourself a goal of some sort to stop smoking. It takes longer but it works, for example tell all your friends and family that you will quit smoking after you finish college or some hard project than you cant go back on your word. Now only question is how much your word is worth  Smiley

I think you should contact the specialists. This is quite difficult, but the sooner you do this, the better it will be for you.

First of all we have to know that smoking is the bad habit and if any person is habitual to smoke daily then the he is increasing his expenses and making his body in danger position because smoking is dangerous for the health and it reflects bad impressions on our lungs as well. No person like to die early that's why we have to think about our health and quit smoking.

Nicotine replacement therapy (NRT) provides a low level of nicotine without the other poisonous chemicals in tobacco smoke. This helps to ease some of the symptoms of nicotine withdrawal, such as intense cravings, nausea, tingling of hands and feet, insomnia, mood swings, and difficulty concentrating.

I was once a chain smoker, smoking at home, workplace, street, while driving, just simply anywhere. For more than 20 years, smoking is one of my favorite pastime. However, having known the ill and deadly effects that smoking does to our body I started to gradually lessen my smoking day by day. Till it comes to a stick per day, then a stick after few days, a stick after a week, a stick after few weeks, a stick after a month, then after a few months up to the time that I no longer smoke. It just takes discipline to accomplish this. And I mean extreme discipline which means you really have to abide with what you really aim for and that is to quit smoking. Now, just the mere smell of cigarette smoke makes me feel dizzy and obnoxious.
