You could go ‘cold turkey’ and stop completely but your chances of relapsing are quite high doing that. Although there is the ‘spiral of quitting’ which can be good, it might be best to gradually ease yourself off.

There was a guide on Buddy Loans which advocated cutting consumption gradually, saving funds, and then working towards quitting completely. Or switching to E-cigs.

Whichever option you go with, best of luck! Quitting smoking really isn’t easy but I’m sure you’ll be fine in the end.

You have to be motivated and a reason why you will quit smoking.

Just start a hard working and should busy for your work. You can easily give up smoking. I know that it is very difficult to give up smoking. As you are a chain smoker you should immediately start any work and try to do attention to your work. Smoking is very unnecessary thing and it is just waste if money.

Smoking will kill your all valuable money. You can give up smoking by trying to save your money. Or there is other way to give up smoking and that is you can use vape. Vape is one kinds of smoking things. But you can try it for giving up smoking.

Thank you

Each time when you're about to take a cigarette in your hand - do something you don't like (as negative reinforcement).
And after a couple times, your body will remember that experience.
Later it will be much easier mentally to stop yourself from enticement.

It starts from your own self, if you don't put importance on your loved ones, then continue to smoke. But if you do, then it's time to quit.

Who’s your parent?i guess they must be bring to schools or some organizations to learn how to bring a chidlren properly ,this is their fault as parents.why am i saying this?because I myself has the same past as you,i have tried to smoke when i was in grade school but my parent is too protected so i make it regular after finishing college, and stopped at nearly 40’s .from what did I quit?when i start to learn and follow God this changed me alot from smoking and liquor drinking and some womanizing.now i am living healthyand God fearing for how many years so if you have a chance try to apply my experience so you might find peace in life

I've known several people that were able to quit.
The one magical ingredient each of them had was they made up their minds that they were going to quit.
Then they did it.
It really looked that easy to me.

You should bet with friends or family for a large sum of money, say $1000 that you will stop smoking. You have to bet on such a thing that you would not want to lose.

I love this idea!
Out of the box thinking like this is something I love to hear. If I smoked I would seriously give this a try.

I suppose that as any vice should be left gradually, not left from a moment to another, simply reduce the daily consumption of cigarettes, and of course you must have a lot of willpower to achieve it. Smiley

You just have to understand that naturally growing herbs can be smoked but not what has been spiked with chemicals.

Yeah, that's a great idea to stop doing anything! I did it with some other stuff, it helps. But the thing is not to stop after the first step is finished, you know. You have to move further!

There are thousands of tips you can search online on how you can stop smoking, but if you haven't really made up your mind that you want to quit, then none of these can be a good help... It all starts within yourself..

I heard that only time helps. With time I just get tired.
