Looks like he wanted to create the hype to renegotiate with them again as he clearly said binance was not interested in purchasing this domain when he approached them and scammers will always go for .com domains and he has a point there according to one of his response.

I do not think any scammer will spend 5BTC to get a . exchange extension

We already made a deal with Binance team but they didn't kept their word, so we terminated the conversation with them.

No one will pay them 5BTC for that domain because they do not worth more than regular price for a domain with .exchange extension. $20-30 is real.
This is just an attempt to provoke Binance to buy this domain and the prevention of possible abuse. Of course, this will not happen. If there is a phishing attempt, Binance will report them, the domain will be suspended and the owner will not have anything from there.

It is clear he is flipping domains and he even mentioned that they approached binance and they rejected the offer and it is clear the reason for that is because there are more than 1500 domain extension and there is no point in purchasing all these extensions, it is a fine line where domain squatting is illegal according to jurisdiction and in this case binance did not even bothered to purchase according to his demand and he wanted to leverage his options, morally not the best choices but i have not seen anyone taking action against domain flippers and squatting here in the forum.

Just a heads up / FYI .. the KeepKey wallet I sent Jet Cash is currently stuck in limbo.  I sent it out on March 18th and its last update said it departed Chicago on April 14th.  That's almost an entire month just to leave the U.S. ( at least I hope it left ).  I know Jet said he'd post about it here when received, so just wanted to post a quick update..  The mail sucks!  I told him I'd send another out in a week or two if nothing progresses.  I'd also like to hold another free raffle here around that time ..if that works for you Iasenko.  Just wanted to post an update!  Covid-19 messing everything up!

I'm going to make some changes such as switching to SSDs to reduce the electric requirement, and as soon as I can get some supplies, then I will install some solar panels. The better public WiFi providers seem to have shut down as well, but McDonalds may return if they start to reopen their drive-throughs. Burger King has already done this, and they are generating massive queues when their drive-throughs have main road access.

However, I suspect that the wallet will arrive via the regular postal service, and I'm not sure how efficient this is, but I have no reason to believe that there are problems or delays. Of course man! You deserve this wallet and I feel bad it’s taking so long. It’s def the international shipping. I sent this out in the heat of Covid-19s beginnings here, and I’ve heard plenty of similar shipping tales of late.

Specifically, you are not allowed to give people any incentive to post insubstantial posts in your threads. We have this thread in the local Spanish board. The thread poses no risk at all; but it's pretty much... a monologue.
A single user has managed to fill 11 pages by only posting some (not funny) memes and some information that I'd say is close to being unsubstantial. I already know about the 24hour bump rule and that old bumps should be deleted; but since each post is different content, I'm not sure about how it stands on the bumping/spamming.

Maybe it's just me taking it "personal", but it's kinda ugly to see 11 pages of nonsense (and in some posts I've seen, inaccurate data).

Edit: Now that I'm at it, there's another user that's been bugging me at local too. It's the account of a news portal and when they have a new article, they paste and post it here too (nothing bad there tough). The only question there, is whether they should create a main thread and post updates there, or create a new thread for each article (what they've been doing so far). The main thread can derive into a situation similar to the other one I'm asking about, so I'm not really sure about those 2....

I only report multiple posts that are made in a row with time difference of less than 24 hours.
If the user edits the previous post, almost no one will see that. So, sometimes it is needed to make a new post.

Assume that someone has made following posts in a row.

1. May 1, 9 PM
2. May 2, 2 AM
3. May 3, 5 AM
4. May 4, 8 AM

I will only report the second post. I will report other posts only if they are low-quality.  

In my opinion, the best thing you can do before reporting multiple posts made in a row is to ask yourself what would you do if you were in his shoes. If you believe that there was no legitimate reason to make multiple posts in a row, report them.

Hey @LoyceV, can you please share list of accounts that are active on [ANN] [CryptoNight] BminerCoin - Heavy mining and remote control . That ANN is full of Newbie/Jr Members writing one liners usual for those bumping service, and that started almost immediatly after creating the thread 10 days ago.
I also  noticed that many of those accounts were also active in [ANN] [QWCZ QwertyZero - Anonymous messenger on the blockchain] few months ago.
