For now, it only takes some of the development needed to migrate by switching to Litecoin because I only admit to not giving the existing holes in Litecoin and bitcoin, because now many people are using with the origin because bitcoin is the reason why altcoin prices are bad

I would like to see proof of seriousness about litepay and its realization is important, and I hope litecoins will be stable and will probably go up with the realization of litepay, all definitely waiting for an explanation about it.

check this new post of charlie lee on twitter
https://twitter.com/SatoshiLite/status/984013752336076801
this could take lite coin price more high in the future
after working on the of a new card issuer
pre-ordered costomers get cards i hope

On this news the market actually reacted very sluggishly. Tenx grew 7.5% per day and this is below average. Litecoin even less. Looks like no one else is willing to invest in Twitter posts. However, even politicians began to abuse statements on Twitter.

If you were looking a few seconds and check LitePay website on google, you would have found the following message: "LitePay, Inc has ceased operations due to an inability to source sufficient liquidity or financing. We would like to thank our employees and partners for their tireless work." LitePay failled, what explanation do you need?

Those efforts of Charlie Lee are appreciable and this time in collaboration with other projects to bring Litecoin debit card into market in future. This time looks like things will work because partnership is in interest of both projects for bilateral and common benefits. These will bring to communities nearer as well.

but this new endeavor from what I understand is for MERCHANTS to take LTC...w/o the credit card option ..it still may work..but will be slow

would be a better angle to try again to get Bitpay to take LTC again....both are longshots in my view.

Flippening happened but for Eos taken litecoin position. this was completely unexpected

I saw that too. WTF is Eos and can you scypt-pow mine it (I'm limited in my skills)

Hope you guys are having fun with your demons while I am mining LTC Smiley

Want to play? I hope to be at 11,000mh scypt-pow (all LTC) by next week.....doubled down and took a risk...(actually, that may not be all that much anymore in reality) Sad

how big is your scrypt-pow playground?

Yeah....well...that is why in my case it was a 'hedge' on a price dump to 6k again and using 'dubious alts' that would have also dumped to get the equipment

so you could be correct...right now it is looking like a 'wash'...dubious alts to buy miners...expected payout in LTC (at an anticipated higher price) and thus

even steven....but it is 'knife-edge' right now EVEN on any profit over electricity vs coin output...that can change however..just covered what was paid as an outcome.

and again, this is based on 1) if there really is a 1.5gh Bitmain miner at 1300 watts, that will be opened at the end of Summer for sales pre-order for say Sept/Oct (even thou

Bitmain the 1.5gh in their data halls all summer...driving up the difficulty for LTC)

2) How many of these new units they will put in their data halls ..in that I also heard maybe some 'revolt' with electric companies charging more for data halls and also maybe space

3) How (2) above will affect difficulty...which will affect the 'end of life' on the L3+

The age old question...can I mine like 'heck' before the next wave of difficulty and new equipment hits....so far on my 12 L3+ units.

It looks pretty good for even-steven with electric on ROI but like anything else...guessing and it could go up or down in an instant ...with the old LTC price variable.

teetering, as it were...Chump or Champ...eventually we will know if my 'hedge' had any merit or not...Pump or Dump, Dope or Duke, Prince or Pauper...etc,etc

I think LTC is stable some of these years.
LTC has never risen to 0.1 btc.
If LTC rises to 0.1 btc it can be said that its progress is very fast.

If you make comparison in fiat than you can find the awesome facts and how healthy it moving forward. I think this is still best coin to make investment which will boost in coming year I hope one day it will reach over $500.

I do not deny that LTC is a great coin right now.
But if development is hampered something bad will happen.
So I hope that in 2018 there will be a new innovation that LTC developers have to do

Somebody is gonna make a lot of money....making an app...that will take your NOW empty LTC or BTC wallet and just mining the hell out of it with all the latest forks

to LTC or BTC say...for a fee...

what do we have now for LTC forks? 5? or so....hell has be over 25 now for BTC

and not even condering dust wallets on the laptop...how the heck could you figure out if they had anything in them when the fork happened...

I just ignore them I guess...don't want a 'taxable event' by moving them ....but still it looks like quite the 'cluster' for anyone that wants to jump into this snake pit

for LTC forks

IMHO

Litecoin remains at the top ever since. Its price is currently either decreasing a bit or just being steady despite the red market lately. I am not sure what will be the future looks like knowing Charlie Lee already sold his positions. I want Charlie Lee to buy again because that is an added motivation for this supposed hard work.

Simple, we don't. Most will die out, and we will have a few major ones + some utility tokens that will actually be useful.

I love Litecoin cause it literally is just a lighter version of Bitcoin. And for those wanting to send cryptocurrency this to me is the best option. I ctually ask my retail locations if they will accept Litecoin and many of them make acceptions once you ask them. Spread the word by simply asking. Great project and a great road ahead!
