That is a good theory @tvbcof but let me add this:
They probably just need some more time to further develop their counter-nuke strike potential and enhance the necessary backup capabilities since finalization of a nuclear counter-strike package details are necessarily complex (especially being accomplished under nuclear attack.)
First watch this video:

And lets just say both Hiroshima and Nagasaki are livable places but Chernobyl is still mostly a nuclear wasteland...
With pinpoint precision hypersonic technology and unlimited reach, Iran's options are vast before even reaching the point of needing nukes. Specially against those who have the largest number of Weapons of Mass Murder themselves

Now what's been happening over the past 2 weeks is Iran paving the way and cleansing a massive Area that is more than 3 million km
sup (ie. gas stations on the southern shores of Persian Gulf, Saudi usurped Arabia, Iraq, Syria and Jordan) so that next time when for example a Shahed-136 drone or a deadly Paveh CM is flying toward its target, there is nothing left to bother it...
Nowadays, SSL certifications of major Iran websites (banks, gvt, etc) are revoked.
Thanks for bringing this up. And I say this is massive and a good news! Let me explain...
1) You see, this was obviously, as Americans say: a "
nothing-burger". It proves that the US regime is not only without options but also is getting increasingly desperate. So basically the desperate regime has been issuing orders to these CA issuers to revoke these certificates. Something that only created a short term disruption since the affected websites simply changed their certificate and things started working in a very short time. But most importantly, it won't change anything.
Most of CENTCOM is obliterated and Red Sea was just shut down similar to the Persian Gulf on the Epstein Axis

2) It speeds up de-Americanization and can lead to breaking yet another monopoly. We bitcoiners understand this better than anybody else. Centralization is terrible, but monopoly is even worse.
Decision makers are usually too slow to making any move. For example they knew for years that Bretton Woods (monopoly) was a scam and yet they didn't do anything about it for years. Then they knew the replacement aka Petrodollar (monopoly) is another scam and yet they didn't do anything about it for years. They needed World War 5 to start before they began dedollarising.
It's the same in other monopolies, 5 years ago if you talked about dedollarising, most people would have said "it's not gonna happen" (check reactions to my posts from 5 years ago). Today it is ~60% done because the world woke up.
This particular "nothing-burger" was another reminder that breaking monopolies in all areas is a necessity, and it will be speed up. #BRICS
