btw MYR is not dead.  because you invested at the wrong time doesn't mean theres not plenty of potential.  The price has not really fluctuated much it has been heading down but thats mostly due to whales making money on the falling dagger.  Once these funds are stretched we will see the buy support return and the price reverse.  Its not easy battling so many algorithms.  Remember this is not a short term investment and looking at it that way will likely lose you money.  Put a sell up at a comfortable number and come back in a month see what happens . Stop staring at the exchange .

This here is the biggest problem. Too much focus on the 51% attack. MYR is so much more...

maybe if u want everyone to work harder you  should donate some of your very large and impressive 7million MYR holding into a bounty u think will bring us the most benefit.

Better yet maybe u can put some effort down and organize a project of your very own... i mean instead of your highly valued and very much appreciated motivational posts that hold productive discussions on track. 3 possibilities :

1) coin will not move = i loose nothing

2) coin will die = i will  loose 1.77 btc (i will survive lol ) = who risks nothing ......Gets nothing

Everything I mentioned earlier about fake share mining at sha256 myr.poolerino.com pool is still happening.  Mike the pool op banned one account but is ignoring the fact that its happening on multiple accounts, even after being notified.  To top it off, it seems that I have been banned from this pool, for warning its members about their ongoing problems.  This makes me lol, but it also shows that the pool operators are in on the scam.  The fact that the dev's barely cared about this, tried to brush it aside, then made some basic post (which no one would see other than on that day) warning miners to stay away from this pool, tells me that their in on it or too stupid to care.

Suchpool I have not had an issue with. Theunreliable ones  ones were stablehash and pollierno.  Although I have not looked into this in a while. Things may have changed.


Can we solve this with the P2P mining project? I am not 100% up to date on a few of these projects but where there's a will there's a way.

Anybody have any idea why I only am getting rejected blocks on my mpos / stratum setup for myriadcoin at my new pool http://myr.dragonfrugal.net  ?  I am getting about the correct number of block submissions daily for my hashrate (10+ blocks per 24 hrs @ 13MH/s) according to my stratum logfile, but they are always rejected with SUBMITBLOCK RESULT: {"result":"rejected","error":null,"id":"1"}...

You're sure in the wallet's coin.cong that the very last line is algo="Whateveryouwant" ? I had this problem for about 20minutes on another coin, it submits the shares but the block is invalid. You'll have to restart the coind daemon after you make the config change, and then make sure your stratum compfiguration is set for the appropriate algo as well.

I had that all setup good. I did find a solution. Instead of using 'stratum-mining' I switched to NOMP. It now works awesome, I'm popping off blocks at 99.5% efficiency:

I'm guessing 'stratum-mining' may not be compatible with myriadcoin.
