hi guys,
is there any need to keep up the miners on the old C2 pool?
I think there are only 3-4 of us still supporting the pool.
Thanks?

I think you can stop now. old c2 is done!

if you want to vote for the fate of unclaimed old COIN2
I have prepared a little questionaraire that might help Joel
decide what to do with them and it would be a community decision

https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/6G69QKL

we have about 15 voted so far
https://www.surveymonkey.com/results/SM-SW3QMCC/

VOTES FOR MINTPAL QUOTATION

The first results of the poll indicate that the quotation on Mintpal is supported by a large part of the community. It is thus possible to use a part of Coin2 surplus to finance this operation.

The favorable people think that Mintpal would be beneficial for Coin2 popularity and value.

The financing of the votes such as it is already practised is also positive because it can bring new adopters with a low advertising cost.

I thought about all this today and I have the pleasure to make you the following proposal:

1. Increase the votes remuneration from 5 to 10, 20 or 25 C2 for 5 votes each week from Tuesday till Friday
2. Introduce a remuneration for 50 or 100 Coin2 for 5 votes from Saturday till Monday (the winner is appointed on Mondays evenings UTC)
3. Publish the information on the Facebook page, on the the web site, etc.
4. Share and invite your friends to get some C2

I am ready to support the operation with a donation of 5000 Coin2 for people recording their votes on Coinzen.

Who is paying the votes? Is it the Dev team ? Could I have  C2 address for the payment of my contribution ?

Your comments are welcome.

For people wishing to vote and to get some free Coin2:

https://www.mintpal.com/voting (you need an account and a registred trade to vote)
http://coinzen.org/index.php/topic,688.0.html (please register to post your votes and get your free Coin2)

I also invite you to participate in the poll for C2 surplus affectation (links at the top of this post).

P.S. Sorry for my poor English of swiss guy

I allmost lost all my coins.. I was lucky enough to return in time from a long trip to exchange them..

2 days is not a fair amount of time to exchange your coins, not even when it is announced weeks ahead of time.

I'm curious to see how many coins were lost in the transition.

about 8 million not too many considering there is a total of 60 million now.

And now you can keep them coins in your wallet and watch them grow almost daily... Smiley

so is that how it works? it grows daily? that is cool. much better then mint, that takes over 30 days to start. and not sure its so frequent.

How long can you keep your wallet offline?

Do you have to open it every day to mint coins, or can you leave it offline for a few weeks and still mint the same number of coins?

Yep, it is done and there is absolutely no where to deposit old C2 even if you had some.

Let us have to be interpreted the poll as a wish of distribution or as a unique possible choice ?
I thought that it was about a distribution with some priority levels.

well then ill just close the mintpal voting thread at  altcoingiveaway.com and let coinzen.org handle the official mintpal voting promotion .. ..  and i think the unclaimed C2 should be used for the projects and development of C2.. we dont need to alot a huge percentage of C2 just to  be listed in mintpal and if we are to implement multipool.. the rush to get listed in mintpal isnt needed that much.. just my thought

and if ever C2 increased it's value.. putting some percentage of the unclaimed coin to charity isnt a bad idea...

I honestly don't see why we need to pay to get on mintpal. We have hit most of the major exchanges with not one cent spent. This is all thanks to the community. My vote goes for the multipool and development.

+1 As C2 community grows and momentum accelerates only a matter of time before C2 gets listed on bigger exchanges without having to pay for votes.

Faircoin (FAC) shares many similarities with C2 and is breaking out again...up 100%+ to 3700 sat.

High probability C2 will rally hard sometime this week.

if you want to vote for the fate of unclaimed old COIN2
I have prepared a little questionaraire that might help Joel
decide what to do with them and it would be a community decision

https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/6G69QKL

we have about 15 voted so far

For people wishing to vote and to get some free Coin2:

https://www.mintpal.com/voting (you need an account and a registred trade to vote)
http://coinzen.org/index.php/topic,605.0.html (please register to post your votes and get your free Coin2)

I also invite you to participate in the poll for C2 surplus affectation (links at the top of this post).

P.S. Sorry for my poor English of swiss guy

I think this is true. But giveaway will help perhaps too.

It would be nice to have MintPal on C2 side. Poloniex, Nxt-E, Bter, maybe MintPal, Bittrex it is exciting what would happen next

I think that a multipool is important but what good will it be if it doesn't get a lot of hash, I think a wider user base and even more innovative features like the FPS should come first, maybe a small amount should be used for more distribution (giveaways).  That will probably result in more people backing Coin2, more volume on exchanges and more people using the multipool.   There is a big influx of POS coins now and I imagine a few will start to get multipools pretty soon.

Giveaway had never stopped ^^, some volunteers from those original 1000 initial holders and donations from the community keeps the giveaway running.. if you visit coinzen.org Coin2 giveaway thread, it's up and running since day 1 of C2 ... additional exchange isnt bad but  there is no urgent need to be listed on Mintpal atm.. just stay on the top 10 for ads

DITTO.. I don't believe in PAYING to be on an exchange !!! Graft and extortion..IMHO

My vote goes for the multipool and distribution amongst original stake holders especially to those OSH's that missed the exchange program.

Distribution amongst original stakeholders I don't think is a good idea it's just being greedy, if anything it should be distributed to new users
