Will it be redistributed among 1000 people once more or is there another plan to distribute these coins?

We made Coin2.0 with 60 mil coins instead of 50 mil.  We did this because in Proof of Stake a 51% is possible.  It is very expensive but possible.  So we needed extra Coin2.0 to make sure no one could buy the majority (51%) of Coin2.0.  We figure about 8 mil is enough to keep aside for security. We also had to cover the amounts that the 3 exchanges lost during the attack and would like to have a few for bounties for Android wallet and coin2.0j.  However, we are only at 42 million +/- old C2 transfered right now.  We still have to cover the exchanges for what they lost and we will have a better idea tommorrow night. However, if we do not have more people transfer we will have a surplus of +/- ~ 8 million Coin2.0.  

What should we do with this surplus?

1. Would you guys like this to be distributed to you, the users?

2. Save for future development?i.e. Android wallets, multipool, advertisement

I have bought all my coins and havent been part of the distribution and have been actively helping with the hasrate of the system compared to some other people who probably just took the free coins and sold them as soon as they could.

Reward the active community i think this is the best way to go. or a mix of #1 and #2

Hope not. Buy a gold plated Farrari and 100 carat Diamond craft with Coin2 logo. lol  
Will eventually figure it out let's see if that's unclaimed sudden show up last minutes.
Remember, some  big portion of the coins still in Btre wait to be converted and never heard from NXT-e and Poloniex may have a significant amt of C2 in it.

I believe those who stood by Coin2 should be rewarded the most. Without the communities support this project could have very well fallen apart. In the same token future development and faucets/giveaways are important so here is my solution.

70% Option 1
15% Option 2
15% Option 3

I feel this would be the fairest way to distribute the surplus.
