Ok good and bad news...

We made Coin2.0 with 60 mil coins instead of 50 mil.  We did this because in Proof of Stake a 51% is possible.  It is very expensive but possible.  So we needed extra Coin2.0 to make sure no one could buy the majority (51%) of Coin2.0.  We figure about 8 mil is enough to keep aside for security. We also had to cover the amounts that the 3 exchanges lost during the attack and would like to have a few for bounties for Android wallet and coin2.0j.  However, we are only at 42 million +/- old C2 transfered right now.  We still have to cover the exchanges for what they lost and we will have a better idea tommorrow night. However, if we do not have more people transfer we will have a surplus of +/- ~ 8 million Coin2.0.  

What should we do with this surplus?

1. Would you guys like this to be distributed to you, the users?

2. Save for future development?i.e. Android wallets, multipool, advertisement

3. Faucets/Giveaways?

I believe those who stood by Coin2 should be rewarded the most. Without the communities support this project could have very well fallen apart. In the same token future development and faucets/giveaways are important so here is my solution.

70% Option 1
15% Option 2
15% Option 3

I feel this would be the fairest way to distribute the surplus.

You guys have had a 3-4 solid exchanges supporting you throughout the lifetime of C2 as well as through this transition.  To watch you pay to get on another exchange would be a huge disappointment.

Joel. Make more sense to apply it to Android Wallet.

Reason,
a) Great for cold storage function [ conveniences ]
b) Mobile wallet is the future as part of portable payment device on gaming and a steroid of Crypto-coins spending power.
c) Allow further security technology to develop into multiple purpose....
i.e.: Connect your Android wallet to exchange account thru USB port instead of deposit into exchange account risk being hacked and thief.

Actually i dont think this should be the way to go.

40% for mintpal is way to much since we are already up on mintpal in the top 6 and will get listed in time if we all keep voting for free.

20% for multipool is plenty
10% for an android wallet is more than enough.

This should leave 70%

1-30% for bounties
2-40% to be distributed with active members of this community

40% for mintpal is a big waste and should not even be considered since we dont need it, once again if we keep on voting multiple times a day we will make it by our own.
