Of course you can still make some money when the market is in full decline to some token but there are other tokens out there that hasn't been dropping yet. So, why not invest to the dumped token then sell some to the pumped token in your portfolio and by doing this you will have a good profit in your portfolio even if the market is in total decline to some altcoin.
