LOLIGO is an Ethereum Fork dedicated for ICO.
We are customising Ethereum code to add LOLIGO vaote and control Layer
Ethereum has premined and sold first tokens with direct sale
LOLIGO uses ERC-20 as a Supply the ICO supply and balances will be transferred to final blockchain by making snapshot on the transaction DB
The long term objective is to give all the staff to miners.
All this code/nodes are free to use, this allow any ICO to make a DAICO-like contract managed by the mined code

It's really up to the ICO participants, only contributers can decide about the funds distribution.

Founder need to convince TkVmin% of holders to unblock the money

TkVmin is defined at the ICO launch. We recommend at least 51%, 80% for strong projects

The bigger the TkVmin is, the more reassuring it is just like ICObench ratings

It's clear that people will avoid investing in 30% TkVmin value projects

TkVote is the calculated vote and TxVmin is defined at the ICO start

if TkVote > TkVmin, the tokens are unlocked
