The team make $ 0.95M for softcap, means they have considered it. If $ 0.95M isn't enough, it's impossible them to make softcap in $ 0.95M. I think that is enough, if not enough, they will not decide softcap $ 0.95M.

950k USD is not a small amount, so I don't see nothing wrong in team being sure they can start development with that amount.

this is abviously not enough to build the whole LOLIGO Platform immediately
