2. Encourage individial website create for spartancoin and create articles about spartancoin. Rewards for blogroll links paid with SPN.

3. advertisement like google adsense/adwords using SPN as payment currency. If this is implemented, I am very willing to integrate it into my website. And I will create more websites and keep writing.

So has the Dev or team or community come up with a somewhat solution as to what they are planning on doing to help bring SpartanCoin back into the public's eye? I am just curious cause I still greatly feel that cutting the supply from 50 billion to 50 million would really help this coin and in a very big way.  Top that off with a new logo and some fresh sleek wallets and maybe implement a POS system with the cut coin supply would definitely help spark the interest back into this coin.  And I don't know but maybe if someone out there could create a little fun easy game that people could use their SpartanCoin on to play that would also help generate some interest to the coin itself Cheers

n00bs, how do you propose going about the swap? a hardfork where everyone has to send all coins to a burn addy? then dev has to send new coin to all holders?

honestly, terrible, terrible idea; as there are always ppl who loose out for whatever reason, not everyone visits bct regularly etc.
if it could be accomplished with backwards compatability to the old BC, so that the swap could be completed automatically anytime in the future forever, OK, but why swap our high numbers and low price (which is effectively getting SPN into many new hands) (which is what we really need imo) for a low number/low price, it's been done before, hasn't seen success yet my friend

pls have a look at Topcoin v3, note that there used to be billions of them, now there are millions, PoS, look at the price ...

But if you did the cut from 50 Billion to 50 Million it wouldn't be necessarily that hard because whatever amount of SPN someone holds already they would know that they would get 3 zeros less. In example if someone say owned 1 Billion SpartanCoin they would swap those for 1 Million SpartanCoin because 50 Billion swapped to 50 Million would be as easy as subtracting 3 zeroes from anyone's amount they already own.  I know that swaps are a pain in the ass and they aren't the greatest ideas out there but honestly what else could be done that would draw attention back to SpartanCoin? The coin supply is way too high where people aren't even willing to trade BTC or LTC for them.  And as you say about getting SPN into many new hands well SPN has been around for quite some time now and if there aren't people wanting to get any of them right now you need to create a desire to obtain these coins and something that would give the coin more value.  That's all I am saying Cheers
