dont cut lose  as of now because i guess that coin have a good potential in the future maybe  you need to wait for another 2 or 3 months to wait for a good recovery of the Bitcoin so that alts will recover their price too. There is so many bad new came in the crypto that is why the price are in the red zone, just be patience and hope that soon btc will recover

I think you can still hold that coin and not selling right now if you cannot see a profit. but if the price can increase a little, maybe you can sell it and take your profit although it's not too big so you can move to the other coin which can give you more profit. this is very difficult to hold because the market still in the red zone but you still have a chance to see your coin will increase later. so you need to think carefully about selling the coin or wait for a while.

If you have been holding until  now, I think that it is better to keep doing so, it is much more likely that you will be able to recover later on instead of realising all your losses. In an case, cheap coins are not the ideal asset to hodl for a long time. Usually, if they are going to pump it will happen either in one or two months or possibly never at all.

Make sure that your next buys a are bit more solid and get some bitcoin too.
