Coming up to 3 months since the last payment.
Guess that means the net profit of the exchange is zero!

It seems Kumala lost the last interest to his clients

Negligence to customers doubles negative impact made by the lack of competency. I think, many of us got some good ideas to the future investments. Alack, usually these ideas are payed by our own purse.

I have been following the trickle-in of conversations for a while and I must say that this (non) development is quite sad. Having been an early trader of Vircurex, I am sad to see it, essentially, gone.
Back in the early days of crypto trading, you pretty much had two options-- BTC-e and Vircurex. There was something about BTC-e that I didn't like but Vircurex was a pretty good exchange and was a good alternative.
I have no clue why Kumala would disappear from this thread if he's done with VCX. He should at least close it down or give some form of update. Prolonged ailenct on aeni-working projects aleays baffled me. If he's done with VCX, he should sell it or close up shop. Seeing it online, but non-functional is confusing.
Oh well. RIP vircurex-- you were once the best exchange and you helped me make a lot of money. You will be missed.

Their announcement said: Remove all your balances for WC, WDC and ZET before 30.11.2014. We will delist the coins and withdrawals of these funds will not be possible after this date. If you tried this after this date, seems like you may not be able to withdraw them.

Ok, Vircurex is back now.
Does anyone know of any other good exchanges where I can trade I0C? Or where the admins would be amenable to adding it?

Nerpppp, down again. If its a DoS/DDoS, its pretty damn sustained...maybe admins should invest in Cloudflare?
Though maybe revenues don't support it...pretty shitty if another one of the exchanges hired a DoS to put Vircurex under...

They wouldn't have to devote much resources to it... an 8088 and an acoustic coupler should be more than enuf... =squeak= edit: the hard part would be finding a landline phone today that would still fit in one of those.
