Having read the 1/4 rly esply the hack why are you not attempting to get compensation from the service provider that screwed up, they share at least 1/2 the problem also why do you not have some sort of code you have to give to the service provider that they will not release or do anything unless you give it. that mean s they can not just take your details. I can not believe the level of incompetence..... you need to implement more analogue RL secuirty so people can tjust get your details you are setting yourself up for another hack. why oh why you had so much in the hot wallet? and what is a warm wallet? |

I have Withdraw some LTC on my wallet and failed - coins did not come to the my wallet, but from the account written off Vircurex.

issue: I sent 5 bitcoins to my generated freicoin addy. (bonehead move).
I sent one email to custservice about 12 hours ago.
I just logged on and saw my account has the 5btc being processed now....

No funding/withdraw methods avail anymore since vouchX is dead. Vircurex guys you could: - make your own voucher or EURcoin, then sell them for cash deposits somehow. - get a bank account at http://www.rietumu.com bank in Latvia - get an account @ http://www.mayzusfs.com/ which is the financial service that backs Okpay. - find a payment gateway that uses Inpay http://www.inpay.com/ or just sign up directly for it -  |
