Sure, I've just seen quite a few problems posted about missed or slow withdrawals. I'm just wanted to let everyone else know, this is the last place you should come for support.

A Personal Quote on BTT from 2011: "I'd be willing to make a moderate "investment" if the value of the BTC went below $2.00. Otherwise I'll just have to live with my 5 BTC and be happy. :/" ...sigh. If only I knew.

Are there any other means to contact vircurex support (Kumala) or only by emails? My NMC deposit doesn't appear since yesterday and that's annoying me. I sent 2 emails to customerservice@vircurex.com and customerservice@cryptostocks.com with no reply so far. I understand that any exchane may have issues but keeping its customers unposted is a very bad attitude, definitely

Finally my millions showed up same day, just a few hours late. I bet I'll get some email from vircurex too.

Finally my millions showed up same day, just a few hours late. I bet I'll get some email from vircurex too. I was having this problem too. There were three DVC deposits from yesterday and early this morning which were not showing up in my Vircurex account, but I could see them on the Block chain. When I saw this post I logged in just now and noted that the funds were finally in. I too had sent off a PM to Kumala. I haven't gotten any response, but if the situation is resolved I'm fine with that. I bet he was flooded with such support requests. I decided to make another deposit and I'll check later on to see if it made it through OK. Hopefully everything is working as it should. My experience with the Vircurex folks is that when there is a problem they get on it right away to make it right. I really appreciate that UPDATE: The deposit I just made is now showing up in the "incoming funds" section with 0/6 confirmations, just like what I'd expect. I think it's safe to say the site is back to running as it should. YAY!

I really appreciate that 2 days elapsed, no incoming funds, NMC zero balance, no response on my 3 emails, nothing. Anybody got some news from them about what's happening? I don't know what to do

I've read around the forums that Vircurex accepts Neteller to deposit. Is this not the case any more? I created an account but can't see any deposit options than a broken link to http://www.aurumxchange.com/. After some googling I see that http://www.aurumxchange.com/ went belly up last month. Does this mean Vircurex is also a bust?

I don't know what to do My experience in the past has been the same as Wiser. I really find this recent stretch of "silence" from Kumala/Support to be quite surprising. I'm not trying to say anything for or against Vircurex. Just that this is quite atypical.

Quick question, sorry if it is answered somewhere. Do deposit addresses change, or can I use the same one multiple times? I would like to point my merge mined coins directly to the exchange.. I will of course exchange them and get the BTC off so I'm not storing them on there, I'd just like to send them there for the convenience. Thanks

Apologies moderators if this isn't appropriate but it feels like the only relevant thread. Anyone looking to flog LTC for a decent price right now, there's some generous buy orders at 2.35usd https://vircurex.com/orders?alt=usd&base=ltc

You can do that.
Thank you sir. I just wanted to make sure deposit addresses weren't changed after each deposit.

Patch day, we implemented a couple of features, changes and fixes ( https://vircurex.com/welcome/changelog?locale=en), most notably: 1. Google Authenticator Onetime Codes, generate a set of onetime codes that can be used (each code once only) instead of the GA codes, this is to faciliate out of synch GA devices, forgotte, broken or otherwise unavailable devices. 2. Auto update trading info, if you activate "Websockets" in your user settings then trade information and orderbook will be updated automatically without the need of refreshing the screen. Changes in Bid/Ask/Last/Volume will be highlighted in colour depending on the trade direction.

Was that intentional?
