I sent an email but will post here just in case it wasn't seen.

I requested withdrawal of Nxt and it never arrived.

From account history
12 Feb 18:01   -1,378.00000000   NXT    Withdrawal, address: 3188455998465548903, TrxID:

No trxID is listed.

I assume you clicked release?

Yep.

Here's a prior withdrawal with a TrxID:
05 Feb 06:43   -1,426.00000000   NXT    Withdrawal, address: 3188455998465548903, TrxID: 9789294727222890658

gotcha; then I assume you submitted a ticket and waited 4-5 days before posting here?

If not, then do that, and check back.  If you've already waited 4-5 days, then I would PM kumuala (sp?)

I sent an email (customerservice@vircurex.com). I'm guessing that's not a ticket? Can you point me in the right direction?

Sorry for the semantics; yes, e-mailing their customer service e-mail is equivalent.  Allow 4-5 days for a response.

However, I've also seen posts saying some of the e-mails bounce back not working.

I've usually gotten a response within the week.

As long as I'm on the right path I'm fine with waiting. Thanks.
There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

Hey guys,

Is Vircurex in some kind of problems? I have deposited over 13,000 NXT coins to my account 2 days ago and they never showed up.. They are just sitting there in my deposit address, I can see them in NXT blockchain explorer..

Reading the NXT BCT page I see many people with the same problems.

Thanks

Yep Exactly, that's whats frustrating me. A simple "yes we're experiencing problems, your coins are safe and are working on it" would be nice and set minds at rest. Guess we just have to wait and see. Shame, could have made a few coins day trading today.

I've got similar problems. I've asked to withdraw ca. 1000 NXT and till today I didn't get any coins. Sending emails to Vircurex is also without response... I'm waiting...

Hi,
is anyone else experiencing problems with the trades.json API call too? If I add a specific “since” trade ID, it seems like the server caches this specific request and does not refresh/add the latest trades for hours and days.

Take this URL for example:
https://api.vircurex.com/api/trades.json?base=NXT&alt=BTC&since=1466286
It returns only one single trade because I called it earlier this day:
Code:
{"date":1392460339,"tid":1466346,"amount":"1000.0","price":"0.000095"}

If I call this URL in an hour I will still get the same response with this single trade only!

If I call an URL I did not requested before, I get the correct result:
https://api.vircurex.com/api/trades.json?base=NXT&alt=BTC&since=1466285
Code:
{"date":1392460178,"tid":1466286,"amount":"1570.23692142","price":"0.000095"},
{"date":1392460339,"tid":1466346,"amount":"1000.0","price":"0.000095"},
{"date":1392460912,"tid":1466860,"amount":"648.76307858","price":"0.000095"},
{"date":1392460912,"tid":1466862,"amount":"249.5","price":"0.000095"},
{"date":1392460912,"tid":1466864,"amount":"12000.0","price":"0.000096"},
{"date":1392461814,"tid":1467070,"amount":"1000.0","price":"0.0000967"},
{"date":1392461814,"tid":1467072,"amount":"200.0","price":"0.0000969"},
{"date":1392461833,"tid":1467076,"amount":"99.4","price":"0.0000969"},
{"date":1392461833,"tid":1467078,"amount":"199.6","price":"0.00009699"}

But from now on the new URL seems to be cached (server-side) too and will not refresh for hours/days!! Even if I try it at different computers on different networks, so it’s not an client issue.

Any workaround for this?
Any ETA when it will be fixed?

Thanks!

I keep getting "Wallet is currently offline, please try again later" when I try to withdraw DVC. I've been trying several times an hour for several hours now... anyone else getting this?
