Please cry more. Thanks.  Grin

so?  are you happy?

nice

2 people are happy now about this situation

kumala and a moron like you

you must be proud!!!

Do I condone people getting scammed by others? NO

But do I think it is funny when people who do not do their homework and then send irreversable funds to an exchange where the owner is not well-known and in the limelight for all to see.

You may as well have given $1000+ to a random stranger on the street and said "PLEASE HOLD MY MONEY OKAY? I WILL BE RIGHT BACK TO GET IT IN A FEW WEEKS/MONTHS."

Yes, you're right. But for trading BTC or other coins, most of exchanges are not transparent. There is high risk definitely.

Kumala is a scammer.

Obviously his lack to explain the losses (not from 2013) from 2014 and his silence are alarming.

The daily BTC volume traded is close to 0. Vircurex is going to die or at least not garner enough customers to pay off their debts/losses via trading fees.

how much you lost? I just think we could not wait for the trading fee, it doesn't work. We need find out the owner and get back coins. I'm in china, if someone can tell me where Kumla is, i will try my best to find out him.

I tried to withdraw about 1BTC two weeks ago, I got a transaction ID after about 1 week, but the transaction ID seems to be invalid and when I check the blockchain of the account I tried to transfer to, the transaction does not show up.

I tried to get in touch with the support and sent 5 mails already with not reply. Does anybody have an idea how to contact the support?

Hi guys, the support team replied after I sent another to or three mails they put the Bitcoin back to my balance. The reason and note from the support team was:

Quote
(...) from the bitcoin wallet I can see that we have submitted the transaction to the network, though it still shows 0 confirmations. This can happen occassionally and may take days to clear.
See this article for details:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=232979.0

Having waited almost two weeks I assume it will never go into the blockchain, so I will credit you the amount into your account. you can then withdraw it again.

I think am going to trade or withdraw soon (I did not decide yet) and will let you know if that was working.
First of all I am happy that the support team answered and that my balance was corrected.

so it looks like they're trying to sort out active ad inactive accounts? if you ask a few times, you get something back; and if you dont ask, they just keep the money? Smiley

I withdrew the one bitcoin I had from Vircurey and it appeared in my wallet.
So it worked for me, but I was 4 weeks close to a heart attack. Wink Whenever the NXT price is low, I might try out Vircurex once again.
Looks risky, but in the end might end up positive.  Grin

Like one said after the gox issue: Bitcoin is still young, only a few years old. Looks how other currencies and exchanges service grew up, died and in the end only a few strong exchanges survived.   We'll see who this will be. Roll Eyes

There are so many other exchanges out there with much better transparency,  better features, better support etc. Why on earth would you ever consider using this website again? Get over it, this website is untrustworthy.

You never know. Who would have thought Gox , being what it seemed to be, did what it did? You are sure other exchanges are better? Vircurex has survived and is pretty high on the learning curve in being prepared for the worst. Kumala used to personally answer questions in details until the BTCUSD down turning starting from DEcember last year. When the BTCUSD becomes better again, with new waves and coins and players coming in, vircurex may just well come to life again, if it survives the winter.

Does anyone really want to take over Kumala's job?  Roll Eyes  Kumala could have just declared bankuptcy and go home (or start over again). But he chose to stick around and pay back. I give him credit for that.

People who have frozen funds can hope that 1) vicurex gets new investors who don't get discouraged by constant unconstructive complaining here and 2) a big surge of coin prices like the one last year to attract zillions of new comers who buy and trade coins to generate a lot more revenue.

Vircurex is dead, he saw what Mark did on Gox and figured well if it worked for him why not me? I lost 14B trading out of Vircurex. I had 600 LTC transferred into my Vircurex account hours prior to him announcing the lockdown. All of the what ifs, maybes, and other attempts are not going to happen. Making it look like he was stolen from, and pleading with the community to give him a "fair" chance to pay people back with trading fees was a bullshit attempt at trying to make himself look like he's not the bad guy.

It's over guys, we all got screwed, it's our own fault for trusting yet another exchange with a shady past and no transparency.
