Just made an account on here to rant about my first time experience. I admit, I was ignorant not searching further for a better tumble service, so I guess this is my own fault.
I first deposited 1 btc to the fog, and it took around 6 hours to get there. Once I saw that the btc was received I regained all of my hope and felt bad about thinking the fog was a scam. Welllll, that was false hope let me tell you because once I tried to withdrawl the coin, it took forever. For what was supposed to be a 6 hour period, took 9 hours. Then it finally sayd "withdraw finished". Oh boy I was so happy.
Can you imagine the dip in attitude I suffered from once I checked my accounts only to find out they had a balance of 0.0000000?
Its been almost 24 hours, and support hasnt answered any of the 7 messages (not so much of a surprise now that I read this forum). Some say to send a small amount to "push" the other transaction through but I do not have any left in my fog account and Lord knows I am not trusting them with a .0000000000000000000000001 btc more.
I see a lot making excuses saying people just dont come back to the forums but I mean come on, its ridiculous. Even if it was fixed, some wait forever to deposit/withdraw, and that is truly unacceptable.
Ill try to update, but if im not back that means I said my last farewell to my money and kissed the fog goodbye.
fuck scams, if thats truly what the fog is...
I'm not understand your post, Asdfelflord. (very new account which only make 1 post, and that's on this thread) Is your btc back to you again or not? From this reviews, i totally pending my intention to use "fog" to make my IP anonymous. Too much risk, IMO. |

Make sure you back up your wallet regularly! Unlike a bank account, nobody can help you if you lose access to your BTC.

I wouldn't trust BitcoinFog - they are a confirmed 'selective' scam. Sometimes they steal your bitcoins, sometimes not. OP was last active on November 14, 2014, 11:08:49 PM and so it's pretty much self-explanatory. There are so many legit bitcoin tumblers out there like bitmixture.io So it's foolish to rely on a service where the owner has gone AWOL !  |

Made a deposit on Saturday over 300 confirmations and still nothing .. I still have hope the coins are just sitting in my address and haven't moved yet anyone else have same experience

I have a buddy who just sent .8 BTC to um and it never showed up, but I seen on reddit it was taking a long time as in days to get their coins, but they where getting them. I will report back if it actually gos through.

I lost about 0.75 BTC a few months ago, no response from support after the initial contact, which I used to supply the specifics for the transaction and where it was lost.. Never receoved my BTC and never heard anything back... |

Hello there,
Has anyone experienced the following issue... after bitcoinfog changed to it's new address I cannot login with my credentials anymore. I had a decent amount of BTC in that account and no one from their support seems to respond.
Any ideas?

After the site is back, I cashed out my xxx... but hes not on target yet,even the fog says withdraw was done. Fogg says News: We have managed to bring the website online. It will still take a little more time (about a day) to bring up the payments. Really sorry for this inconvenience, the errors were large and we had a difficult time manually restoring from backups to the exact state at which the crash happened. Does that means money will arrives in 1 Day? Anyone else same issues?  |

Yeah a guy I met is having the same problem. I wouldn't use the service until this is fixed. If you check the blockchain they haven't disappeared. They just aren't moving. It's been well over 24 hours. I recommend no one uses until they fix their issues and make a large announcement.
