I can open. However, 1 account i have now is missing half of my value that was supposed to be there and another account cant login anymore. I am missing over 2 BTC. Can't find a way to contact them.

I can login in Fog, but balance is still wrong.
I has sent 0.01 for test and I see now ~0.01 in balance, however ~2btc is lost. support isn't answering at all

I didn't know the onion website is still alive. As for your money, I doubt you will be able to access it. This service is considered a scam for a long time now.
See the few posts above, you will understand why.

For example, ChipMixer's onion URL is chipmixerwzxtzbw.onion and not chipmibszeovmora(.)onion < SCAM. Please report it to quora.

US Officials Arrest Alleged Operator of $336M Bitcoin Mixing Service

According to public court documents, federal agents arrested Roman Sterlingov, a Russian and Swedish citizen, on three charges stemming from his alleged involvement with bitcoin mixing service Bitcoin Fog: unlicensed money transmission, money laundering and money transmission without a license.

She notes that law enforcement has quietly taken over dark web criminal operations in the past—though it's not clear, if that were the case with Bitcoin Fog, why the criminal complaint against Sterlingov has been unsealed. "At this point, for anyone who wants to mix their coins, you just have to assume that the service is compromised," Meiklejohn says.

Undercover agents again spending hard earned tax payers money, doing work for uncle Sam and continuing to operate Bitcoin Fog for the purpose of catching more people in their net.
What is more interesting that OP of this topic and bitcointalk member Akemashite Omedetou is probably accused Roman Sterlingov, and we can see that he still has has unresolved scam accusation in bitcointalk forum since 2015 for 998 bitcoins, active until the end of 2016.
I don't understand what was he doing in Los Angeles when he was citizen of Sweden & Russia, that was probably his second mistake after domain mistake.

The IRS also appears to have used undercover agents in 2019 to transact with Bitcoin Fog, in one case sending messages to Bitcoin Fog's administrator that explicitly stated that they hoped to launder proceeds from selling ecstasy. Bitcoin Fog completed that user's transactions without a response.

This reminds me on similar tactics used for SilkRoad, and some lessons should be learned from this, especially dealing with personal messages.
