yea i know. just wonder why there is separate intensity for 2 threads.
Hi! In our case, the reason for letting the user specify the per-thread intensity is that the behavior on e.g. a Vega 64 for 15+15 vs 16+14 is not the same, although the combined intensity would be the same. It depends on clocks, brand, memory, silicon lottery, rig optimization style.

I could use a better explanation, really. And, FWIW, a setting of "16+16" failed to load the kernel on my Vegas, I needed to reboot afterwards.
--scryptr
Ha, sorry about that. You'd need a Vega FE to pull off a 16+16 config . It would translate into a full 8GB allocation on your Vega. The weird part is that the driver actually says "sure, let's go" and tries to allocate the buffers instead of throwing an error in our faces so we can exit with some dignity.

Man, I understand English isn't your first language and this is most probably a google translate post, but that's just the best hippie statement in a long time, lmao! For your question: we will add failover pool support shortly, promise!

Hi there.
Does anybody tries on rx460\rx560 baffin V8 ? ON v7 in claymore was 500-525h\s 1050/2000 . But now on TeamRrdMiner only 480h\s with same clocks, same as xmrig\stack.
Same time on Buffin's rx550 on hiveOS - briliant! -540h\s! on 1100\1900-2000. You could proud of this miner!
Thanks.

Yeah, we need to do a separate optimization run for 550/560. Many times we provide very good performance, but we’re not as consistent as on Vega or Polaris, which were our primary targets. That said, if you see the same hashrate with xmr stak and our miner on any card, the power draw will much less with TRM. Anything else is just impossible .

Hey guys - I'm not sure what to do at this point... I've tried everything I can think of.... But the miner will just auto close... I put a pause in the bat to see what's going on and doesn't give me much to go on.

I've also tried zpool.
Note: I was able to get this running on one rig this morning without issues... Went to put it on another rig this afternoon and blarg.
Rig 1 (Working) Windows 10 OS, V1709 Drivers: 18.6.1
Rig 2 (Not Working) Windows 10 OS, V1803 Drivers: 18.6.1
A couple reboots and now the miner connects and gives a good hash..... Just applied my OC and it crashed it....

I'm having the same issue with the newest release. LUX mines fine, but AGM, a new coin thats phi2 on pickaxe.pro, throws the same above error. I can mine it with other phi2 miners, slow as crap tho...Am i missing something?

The issue is that we assume the 144 bytes block header that LUX uses, but AGM uses the standard 80 byte Bitcoin core block header. We need to do a few small fixes, should hopefully be ready in a few days.

This is a long shot, but we're aware of a corner case where the init phase could still be problematic with multiple Polaris cards. It would still report the initialization was ok. I have a fix that will be released in the next version. To check if it is applicable, can you post the output from the start until the crash you're seeing?

Hi! Those would be found shares rejected by cpu verification, so yes, hardware errors. Tweaking clocks would be the advice. Also, 680 h/s on a 470 is quite low? Even if it's a 4GB driving monitors, have you tried configs such as 7+7, 6+6?

I thought before there was a problem in the monitor and connected the monitor to another card, but now the afterburner does not allow to change the frequensies, and configs more agressive than 4-4 still crashes my driver. Ill try to downklock card and report than. P.S. Why afterburner disable the frequency control, when i add gt220 card?
