At this point in time, regulations may not be a bad idea,in fact we need it now if things will change in crypto space.Though some are seriously against the regulations but most of them are those taking advantage of the absence of regulation to make themselves rich at the expense of us.It is better to have it regulated so that everything can be in order.

yes, the regulation will be a good thing for crypyocurrency in the long run, especially with ICO, now there are a lot of ICOs are scam and we do not have any of regulations about ICO , many scammers took advantage of that to steal money of investors. I think the goverments should have solution for this.

In my view, regulation will be good for Crypto industry. As we can now see that many Govt are looking for ways to regulate the industry.
Regulation will be a good thing in the long run. It will build trust for the industry among the masses thereby resulting in mass adoption. With regulation, people will feel more comfortable and have a sense of security to invest in crypto.
I don't believe that regulation means we have to declare our portfolio. Just as nobody cares to know exactly how much you own in the bank.
Regulation will also help in curbing the possibility of using crypto to launder money and place a check and balance in ICO which will make it very difficult for scam ICOs to operate.
I say regulation will in the end be a good thing for crypto..
What's your view about it?
I think some regulation at this point is going to be inevitable, or at least the attempt to regulate. There will never be foolproof regulation because even if they manage to force every exchange to do KYC/AML there is nothing that prevents people from doing trades privately. They may end up creating two parallel markets of regulated exchanges and registered coins and another of black markets and unauthorized coins. My hope is they realise their limitations and just try to regulate the on ramps and off ramps.

Regulation only in words looks like salvation in the world of cryptocurrencies, but in fact, how it will be in reality is not clear, maybe even things are not as positive as we would like!

Right. I agree with you. Cryptocurrency regulation is a good thing the government does. Because of the regulation. The government can control if there are parties who want to do money laundering.

Regulation will be good in a way that it will result to mass adoption and a simple man will feel more comfortable to learn about it and finally start using it. However, BTC will probably lose part of its supporters that are using it exactly because of its anonymity feature and the possibility not to depend on the government and all standard money flows.

I think it depend on the kind of regulation that a government want to impose. If the regulation is strict, investors and users of cryptocurrency can't use the coin without government approval. All transactions are subject to the regulation being implemented and owning a cryptocurrency is not easy. Crypto-friendly regulation will make it easier to buy, sell and trade bitcoins and many merchants will use it as one of their payment options.

Regulation is good because it's help us to avoid scam projects. Cryptocurrency is the market that has most scammers, they're finding all ways to steal our money, we need regulation to stop this situation. Regulation also makes more and more people believe in cryptocurrency and invest in it.

In my opinion, the existence of regulation is actually quite good because with so many people who can obey the existing rules and also it is not easy for people to be able to do fraud schemes

For me, regulation in crypto is good but if there's have a regulation then possible the value of each crypto are not going to rise because they control it. Regulation is good so that many people will obey to those rules especially now that many scam crypto came out. But I think they allow regulation in crypto then surely scam crypto will be lessen.

The regulation is certainly good, the scammers are already fed up.
So many people lost their money in 2018.
Deposits decreased 20 times and more, did investors expect such a thing?
You need to create a reserve fund or union, where the team transfers 10% of the fees. To reduce the risks of investors who invest.

as long as the regulation currently benefits me, I see that it will still make a profit, I am sure that if the government provides a regulation, the regulation will definitely have a positive impact

If the regulation enacted for the crypto then only possible if people do bind their mind. But how the man mind can be bind with some regulation of words. Bitcoin is a anonymous and decentralised way of payment method where every transaction is recorded in a public ledger. You only track the address of balance and the transaction but can't communicate with the source. In this way the cryptocurrency also works. Whenever the developer not to want disclose anything then nothing can't be track. So, there is no meaning of regulation for the crypto market.

I think the arrangement will be necessary and useful. If there is no regulation, there will be more and more absurd projects. For the health of the market, it is necessary to prevent them.
