It was a great decision of ONAM to also accept fiat (USD) at their sale and to convert their cryptos to fiat when they got them. Otherwise, their budget would shrink every day.

really I wished they had pegged the sale to USDT, but with the market coming up they would recover from any loss of funds that the market may have caused

Well, it seems they already converted their cryptos to fiat, so even if the market recovers now, that won't change that much for them.

Really? If that’s what they did, then they made the right choice.
Most projects lost out when they left a larger fraction of investments funds received in Eth or Investment currency.

But I think they were raising the funds while ETH was low. I think if they believe ETH or the currencies they raised will recover they could double their raised amount if they hodl

Or it could be the other way and what we are seeing right now, is just a short uptrend before the market goes down even further. It's hard to predict (at least for me ).

I asked same question today, got a response that nothing yet has been made official by the team, well, i think we shouldn't get worked up about it because it was initially supposed to be release by the end of this month, so lets keep our fingers crossed, as they may release the MVP later, the month is almost over so i'm guessing it will be by December

But in all honesty, an update from the team about the MVP will be really helpful. They promised to release it by the 15th which has long passed and no information was given as to why. The CEO said he was going to make an announcement some days back but till now, we've gotten nothing.

Yea, you're right, its about time they give something tangible in terms of information in that aspect, to reassure the community of their next step in the implementation of their roadmap, probably the market is affecting them or something but even at that, they should give the community something that will please them and not postponement

Like their tagline says  'seamless', looks like they are working hard to provide the same experience instead of interrupted services due to technical difficulties. Hope its actually 'seamless' once up.

Probably a dream to be a honest. Most of the systems have at least some minor difficulties upon launch.

I still believe the 3k predictions for bitcoin will still be achieved. The little pump is just a normal routine the market needs to go through. I hope i am wrong though.

That's a lot of "MAYBEs" but i believe that the MVP is all about showing the community a glimpse of what they have to offer, not just the main thing, so i see no reason why they should fix all that needs to be fixed before it should be released to the public, it is through the reviews they got from the MVP release that they will use to build the main platform

My issues with bitcointalk.org is that there is no alert system in place here, like when a new coin or topic is started there should be the ability to be notified maybe a push notification or email notification so far the forum is lacking in this abilities

With me it is exactly the other way around. In Telegram it is always confusing, because I have participated in too many Airdrops :-) In addition, in the interesting projects so many people in the channel, who always ask, when will this come, when does that come, when moon .... that is annoying

It’s for different folks. Here we got telegram fans and there Bitcointalk fans. All about promotions from team. I think they play different parts, all trying to get my attention like it just did.
However, what other promotions is ONAM team working on for the project?

The team shouldn’t sit back in some location and expect volume without promotions.

I agree, That's one of the reason why I don't like staying on some telegram groups because it's really full of unrelated chats and people. It's also good that the team have a good telegram group where they can members talk freely and get answer fast.

Exactly people put so much concern on getting their profit they forget a exchange like this needs to focus most on its development side and really making sure their sysadmins keep things running well

I think if their focus remains on the compliance they could places especially given now regulators are closing down on exchanges. I have to say many exchanges manipulate the numbers so it is a good change to see compliance.

Bitcointalk is the place where you do Research on different projects and info about them to find suitable projects which are worth your investment!
Be careful with your funds though!
