today I see that someone from another forum has received his card ordered from minexpay but it has Upaycard logo the guy is from Algeria and when I asked Upaycard they say they only create MasterCard for EU they don't support Algeria

Upaycard has Mastercard license only for EEA countries. No one who is not resident of EEA cant get the card. Boris made illegal deal with owner of Lithuanian human resources company UAB KRISTOLINIS DUGNAS to represent his customers as lithuanian company employees with false residence in Lithuania,so he will be able to obtain cards for them from Upaycard. Lithuanian company is just shell company, to cover true owner(Minexpay/Chain2pay) of its account on Upaycard.

But they didnt know about two things - Mastercard is monitoring theirs payment cards location of use and the moment it see that prevalent use is in countries Upaycard has no license, it will put red flag on cards and cancel them. Also EEA countries are exchanging between them data of all incomes and expenses theirs citizens or companies made due to preventing tax evasion. Lithuanian company UAB KRISTOLINIS DUGNAS which Boris is illegaly using as a cover officially has no employess or reported revenues, so lithuanian tax authorities will be very suprised to see how this company is sending a lot of money to theirs non-existing "employees" from unreported revenues obtained from selling cryptocurrencies.

This "project" has SCAM written all over it.

Sending you ID passport, photo, bank details and signature to these Minex scammers is a huge mistake.

They do not require your details because they are not card issuers they lied to Upaycard saying cardholders work for "UAB KRISTOLINIS DUGNAS". These scammers will sell your ID to criminals who will exploit it.
