Everyone experiences this feeling as a matter of fact i also did those thing before but i never regret those things that i did because I made a profit in it.Even if its not that big but still i have made it.We have different strategies when the coins that we're holding suddenly collapsed some hold it and some sold it.For me its just fine to do both and i would never let the situation ruin my feelings and attitudes in dealing with my everyday living.I am a positive person that don't want to get depressed of things.Everything happens for a reason.

Nice question, but i have not experienced yet. I do not panic if the market suddenly falls. So i have only estimation that panicking depresses you more. You take much more tension about the fact.
