How do you lower the voltage in the miner for RX 580 cards? It doesn't seems to accept cvddc and mvddc value and i can only change the power limit, even if i tried to tick the voltage control..
Here is what i get with my rig: Performance: 8.60 sol/s 6.47 sol/s 8.40 sol/s 8.13 sol/s 9.00 sol/s 8.47 sol/s 7.60 sol/s | Total: 56.67 sol/s
Oscillate between 51 and 57 Sol/s @ 1100/2100 MHz
In windows you can use OverDriveNTool https://forums.guru3d.com/threads/overdriventool-tool-for-amd-gpus.416116/

What is the DAA? It's VERY jumpy. It's overshooting and undershooting constantly, and with Beam being probably the most profitable for GPUs by some margin, I find it hard to believe people are constantly reacting to the difficulty (yeah there's still that but I find it strange).. Also the 10% treasury, well let's say we have a miner with 0 electricity and hardware cost making up 10% of all miners at all times - how is the emission **from** the treasury regulated? Question for miners, when mining on AMD cards, do you prefer Ethereum-like clock / voltage settings or Cryptonite-like clock settings?
I never change in my MSI Afterburner. I leave as is all settings from ETH. No any different if change or not. Thanks, I may also try cryptonote favouring clocks if I have the time, will post here if anybody's interested.

With the rise in difficulty, the coin is already not profitable, the average price of BEAM is around $1.10 which is not sustainable.
for 1080ti average sol/s = 15 for 1070 average sol/s = 9
current Network hashing rate is 2.5Msols/s or 2,500,0000 = 166,666 gtx 1080ti.
Profitability calculations are as follows:
(Miner sols / Network Sols) X (1440 x Reward per block)
1440 min because 1 block generated per min
(15/2,500,000) x(1440x80) = 0.6912 BEAM approx per day per 1080ti =0.76 cents per 1080ti before electricity cost.
Good luck to the project hopefully price will go up.

Very confusing... So i installed the new wallet ( 1.0.4028 ), used the paswords to get it working again. One thing is, the old adress i placed as NEVER now expires tomorrow. So i made a new adress again with expire NEVER. So, are the coins i had (have ) send before safe on that adress, or are the going to vanish tomorrow. Or should i send then to the new NEVER adres in my wallet.

As said in the medium article, the version number doesn't change with the fix, you may better use the Beam-Wallet-1.0.3976.exe one. I have no problem with this one : the addresses still show "never" for expiration dates.

Ok, did a whole round with Beam - together with the exchange - Spark Pool definitely pays, got paid twice, just wait a while after you get past 5 beams - you'll see the button to get funds, just make sure you are online with your wallet.
- Sent Beam to HotBit.io , the process is a disaster, fully manual, guys haven't automated it. Support needs to work probably 10x due to no automation. Make sure not to get scammed by fake support on Telegram.
- Sold Beam, the interface is very clunky. The price may go down once it is easy to deposit.
- Withdrawal fees on Hotbit.io are insanely high, so forget about sending your daily Beam in any case if you are a small time miner earning below 50 beams per day, even if they automate it.
- To avoid high fees, I had to use BCH with its 200 000 sat fee. Even some unknown coins manage to have around 1 dollar withdrawal fee. LTC / ETH withdrawal fees were too high, not even touching the BTC fee, and they have no Dogecoin market unfortunately, but probably they'd have 5000 doge fee because why not.
- For me, the important bit is that I realized Hotbit.IO is faking >90% of their volume, not limited to BCH. Orders that are never on the order book keep going through, and it's not even bots doing actual trades to support volume, the fake volume is 100% faked, they do not even touch the order book at any given time. Fake volume stops when I left a two satoshi gap between the top buy and bottom sell order, for the fun of it. I got bored and bought from the lowest seller and withdrew to another exchange - at least the order book is real
Beam would definitely benefit from more exchanges. But I don't know how this staying online thing will affect its usability in future. I'm on hotbit right now attempting to withdraw BCH but hotbit keeps stating that my BCH address is invalid and i've tried several addresses. did you run into this issue?

WHY THE FUCK would you release a fix with the same version number!!!! That is fucking retarded at best and scammer tactics at worst. And this should be in the topic !!! Are you trying to hide this? Make sure your address starts with "bitcoincash:", if you are using those new ones that start with q. I haven't checked if it works with older bitcoin style addresses.
