I'm always first investigating the manager of the bounty campaign. Then I do a general research about the project. And finally I look at the ICO scores. Especially in a market where there are a lot of paused or canceled projects, we need to do this kind of researchs.

The team plays a big role. Very cool and gives confidence if the team has previously developed a successful project, and are now engaged in a new one. Rarely, but still.

The number of participants in a project relaly matters, once I see that the people doing a particular bounty is too much, I just do not bother myself with that bounty anymore because it's just a waste of time.

There are many ways to choose good bounty campaigns and some of them team activity, region of the ICO (I noticed that Korean projects rarely end of as scam) and you have to research it like you are researching an ICO to invest in.

I agree on most parts, just want to say that bounty manager has nothing with payments hence it is irrelevant if bounty manager is trusted or not, it only depends on team. Another thing is, you said funds raised are not important, I can tell you this is very important part because if project doesn't raise enough money they won't pay participants or they will pay less.
I agree with you to your opinion, So that's why raised funds was very important. And also that project was useless if they haven't funds or money to move forward the project. Money or funds is like a gas to boost or to start a machine. Once they have not money its zero meaning to this world.

There are several ways to look at this. Some experts in bounty hunting prefer to follow the bounty programs managed by a renowned bounty manager who on several occasions has hosted successful bounty programs. But the best way is to do a personal research into the project. There are other promising bounties managed by low profile bounty manager yet becomes successful in the end.

I usually look at the complexity of the project and the composition of the team, especially if they are real people and are they capable of making this idea!

Cheesy Hi friends, I realize most of the bounty hunter want to know about the steps for choosing the best project to start bounty hunting. thus i have created some of the finest methods i personally consider while choosing the bounty projects. I feel this will be benifitial for the bounty community, thus,  i am going to share these with you guys. if you have any further points to highlight additionally you may please comment down below. Roll Eyes

Most Initial thing i check for choosing a bounty programme:
1. The quality of project: Most people get attract from the design of website or thread and they decide to join that bounty campaign. Sometimes they join specific bounty campaign because of high rewards but at the end of campaigns they may get scammed or they not get the whole amount of money or bounty campaigns failed ICO and many other reasons.
Ofcourse this is not a thing to share but i have seen many hunters participating in a project which i confirmly know that the project is surely a dead project. hence, before looking anything else you can overview the concept and quality of the project.

2. Number of participants in the bounty program:  this is a another sure for trick to reduce the wastage of time for choosing the right bounty project. just check the date of bounty published and look for the total participants in the project. if, overall amount is justifiable then you can go for the hunting.

3. ICO Bounty budget (% of ICO tokens for the whole bounty program): sometime the percentage of bounty allocation is so poor that you recieve a penny for your months of hardwork. bounty hunter is not a difficult job but you have to invest a good amount of time to fulfill the steps asked by manager. simply the projects runs for few weeks to months hence, this time cost is your expense to get the return of bounty rewards.

4. Money raised in the ICO Pre-Sale or Main Sale up to now: this is not a very important factor however it can be a usefull thing to confirm a good project.

5. Token distribution date: see distribution of project. sometime bounty budget is so good that people enter into job without verifying the overall project. token distribution is another thing you should check to know the future aspect of the project.

Most important: TRUSTED BOUNTY MANAGER:- now-a-days, bounty managers are biggest player to  fulfill the community management role. in the tough compition choosing the trusted bounty manager is a good option to fast bounty hunting.
Choosing ICO bounty program is not exact science. It requires due diligence and judgement calls most of the time. Investing some time for researching and comparing different programs based on the outlined factors will give you the upper hand and help you stay ahead in the ICO bounty hunting game.

What do you mean when you say, the number of participants of the bounty program? Does it means that if the number is big then the chance that the bounty was really good? I just think in mind that joining bounty with less participant is much more profitable.

You should take into account several key facts:

  • If the bounty pool is too big there is a chance that it will be cut. And the number of the participants will remain the same. You will get a couple of bucks Smiley
  • If the bounty manager is doing everything carelessly, there is a chance that you will get less than you deserved or even nothing.
  • If the dates of the bounty campaign are not set and written strictly, it can last potentially forever. Especially if the ICO dates are not set either.
  • If the rules and conditions of bounty tasks are not formulated strictly, they are likely to be very unobvious and can depend on bounty manager's mood, his grandma's health and Moon phase Smiley

I think that today it’s as difficult to choose a normal project as it is to make some serious investment, so I see that today you have to try to start to get serious about business. Because everything happens very difficult.

I agree with most of your point but the nature of the project also determine the success of project most of the time.

I only have a very simple choice, namely by choosing a bounty based on the platform that released the bounty list. and the best in my opinion is the bounty platform and bounty hive.
But i think Bountyhive promoting many scam ICO project few people's claiming and creating some thread against bountyhive if this is very reputed bounty platform.

When choosing a bounty, I usually pay attention to such things as:
1. Reputation of the organizers. Famous people should stand behind the campaign.
2. The amount of investment in ICO. The more money raised, the greater the likelihood of success.
3. The number of participants in the bounty company. If too many people took part in the campaign, then everyone will get very small amounts.
4. Feedback on the project. If the project is not mentioned anywhere, it is better to bypass it.
5. Feedback from company representatives.
6. Objectives of the project. They must be real and doable.

Ignore them, you must look at the team is one of the arrangement breaking factor with regards to putting and in the potential achievement of an ICO. The center group should have a demonstrated reputation of achievement in their own industry.
To the eyes of potential crypto specialists, a feature of their mind boggling information and encounters inside their field of aptitude obviously elucidates the motivation behind the task. Having such group include certainty as well as goes about as an assurance that the venture isn't a trick.

To date, I have only once come across a company with beams using this platform, and yet I have no results from my work. Of course, I would very much like to receive a salary for my work not only on time, but also so that These coins have a certain value. But no one can predict or give any guarantee.

There is one thing I find out about choosing better bounties ,the ones that go wrong are mainly running on erc20 blockchain because for scammers its easier to use erc20 smart contract but I like coins that runs on other algorithms like cryptonight ,scrypt ,sha256d ,in the past I have no issue with no getting paid after bounty ends, for example I joined slate bounty which runs on its own blockchain and I got paid ,same other too ,smart contract like erc20 is like scammers haven

I am searching for a great bounty manager and in 90 percent of cases this decision solves all the problems. When you have a trusted manager it almost guarantees that you won't take part in a fraud project.
I would advise you not to rely 100% guarantee on the words of the Bounty manager of the company. To date, even the very authoritative names of managers already have a tarnished reputation.

Indeed all your steps are very good to choosing a better bounty project. For me i check out for the team behind the project, the use case ,the social media handles of the project, i check the white paper, when i am satisfied that the project is worth it, i go in for the bounty but before that i check for the duration and bounty allocation. if i am satisfied, i go all in.
