The only way to find a good bounty is to choose an ico project that organizes an IEO in exchange. Too many ICO scams, and investors prefer the IEO.
Such IEO fundraising will surely failed because the project team decide to use small exchanges that lacks high number of users due to lack of maintaining good reputations, you know what I'm talking about, p2pb2b like exchanges won't bring good results for new projects

Sometimes you will still end up with bad results even if you are good at doing research on bounties, there are other reasons why a bounty fails, what if the team decide not to pay bounty hunters? There are projects like that, they raised huge amount of money through ICO and they failed to pay up, be ready for anything if you are a bounty hunter

Just make sure the project have good use case, if the project use case isn't good enough it will be hard to raise fund for such project, remember Youengine? They failed to raise even softcap but the project make it that far because the team are rich, they buy back tokens too

To avoid scam projects and not getting paid the easiest way is following a determined and highly respect bounty managers on the forum, bubbalex, Hhampuz, small rabbit etc, also make sure you do your own research, sometimes some scam projects can look neat enough but still scam in disguise

It's not easy to detect a project that will pay you without any worries and also withstand good value when trading is live, there are many risks involved in bounty projects to say the truth, believe in your skills and also pray for some lucks

You have to trust your own judgement, sometimes you are smart but because you lack the courage is why you fail, start depending on your research skills and your judgement you will improve faster at making the right choices, there is not way you can escape bad results but you will get more good results than bad results

I won't trust the judgement of a reputable bounty manager because they can make mistakes themselves, I smelled that emporium finance was a scam project and the bounty manager Hhampuz wasn't able to see it through, some times all you need is your own right mindset
That's right, you absolutely have a great mindset on it. Does not matter how trustworthy a bounty manager it isn't right if we fully rely on her/his judgments only, since there's a chance they would doing mistakes anytimes. But in fact most people here particularly newbies are fully relying upon the judgments of the bounty manager when participating in a campaign not really doing their own research and when it turned out into a scam one they would start to blame their bounty manager, lol.

Why then a lot of projects use case is "just another exchange" but they manage to raise enormous amount of money? Or the project did not have a demanded use case or havent released a product, or finished or achieved something, but its price grows everyday ?

3. ICO Bounty budget (% of ICO tokens for the whole bounty program): sometime the percentage of bounty allocation is so poor that you recieve a penny for your months of hardwork. bounty hunter is not a difficult job but you have to invest a good amount of time to fulfill the steps asked by manager. simply the projects runs for few weeks to months hence, this time cost is your expense to get the return of bounty rewards.
It depends on the quality of the project, I've seen some bounties with low allocation of 0.01% from the token or coin max supply but the tokens end up having high value, an example is PoolZ which gives out 25,000 pieces of tokens and now one token worths 14$, that's 350,000$

Another advantage of bounties with low bounty allocation is they are easily paid out to bounty hunters compared to this bounties that promised to pay high amount of money in tokens after doing ends, they hardly keep their promises or the tokens end up worthless due to giving away too many quantities of the tokens

Choose no choose i see all as luck. Most bounty project after checking all yet its turn to a scam .The bounty you never thought would pay will be the one to pay you after campaigning .Just agree with me that is a luck thing .
Luck cannot be relied on to handle your labor worth. Luck is still good enough to earn good value, though. But in most cases, it takes time to analyze, understand, and diagnose possible symptoms from a project. The more you try to do that, the more you will respect the value of your work, the more you can even help many people in this community avoid the bounty risks.

Somehow nowadays it's quite rare to see old bounty hunters blaming out the manager itself since most of them already the risk when participating in it. The thing here is that when you do stick out on reputable or known managers is that you can at least know that
they had able to do their research towards on the project that they handle. It might not be that precise nor accurate but at least they had done their part I'm not against it and it can give more confidence for hunters when they want to jump into the campaign, the thing is most of them not doing their own research when they knew that person who bring the campaign is trustworthy enough.

True, but usually project developers will also see for themselves who is eligible to manage their bounty project, and of course they will also not choose a beginner for this, because they also want to see their project progress and succeed through the effect of the bounty launch. And look for bounties that are accepting limited participant this will make sure that you will receive a good amount of payment for your work in the bounties and its also better to look for bounties that pays eth, btc, xlm trx, doge, xrp and coin that are in the market for a long time

The fact is bounty hunters don't care what happened to a project after they get paid, use cases is for successful fundraising since that's why many investors invest on projects, either repetitive use cases or not bounty hunters only cares about getting paid

Bounties that accepts limited participants always makes sense if it's not scam project, why? Because the reward will be fair enough for the time and energy you put into the campaign, also look for reputable bounty managers, they bring bounties once in a while
