I can't say if who's better because both of them have different attributes in each other and the price is quite different too. So, what would you choose if you have to choose between them? Most ICO these days are using ethereum as payment so basically is kind of useful that they it is always on the second rank of all cryptocurrency.

of course, i can say Ripple is just product for develop some Payment Gateway, better than ethereum, this is real platform and cryptocurrency with decentralized system better than Ripple is centralized and the back of Ripple can control and manipulate market, this is just some simple point the difference between Ripple and Ethereum

I think that market cap isn't the most important for coin. I think it's better to study their blockchains and understand that on ERC-20 are based hundreds of successful projects rather than on Ripple.

Here I am. It makes no sense to compare - one altcoin is created solely to simplify currency transfers. And the second is still much more complicated technologically. |

I do not think so. Coinmarketcap is just the place to show the number of transactions and prices of currencies, ETH is behind the XRP because of its declining trading volume. This does not mean that XRP is better than ETH. In addition, ETH has launched version 2.0. I really hope for it in the future
