Buying the coins from the ICO is good but we have to potential about the company and their developments in the future. We should research before investing in any ICO because many ICO's are getting into scam after raising money. With 50% bonuses in any market condition is a bad idea. It's a sign that the project's token is not really valuable and that's why they are selling with high bonuses.

As of now, Bitcoin is going to bullrun (in my prediction) and there will be many legit projects to come. So my answer regarding should or shouldn't we start buying ICO again, I would say we should buy ICO tokens we have researched and believed it's a legit project that will be valuable and profitable later.

I don't think that's true, there are still some investors who are interested in the ICO and now the trend for their investors prefers to participate in the IEO, so investors feel more confident and can avoid a scam ICO.

ieo's are not invented before but ico's are still becoming less profitable and i suspect that it was due to the bad market condition  . ieo's are not the ones that caused ico's to become more unsucesful . the market that we are experiencing right now has a positive effect to the investors because they can now buy coins at a cheap rates that includes ico's   . the price of ico coins are cheaper aside from the bonus that you can get as an early investor , isnt that a win win situation  ?

Well, the IEO model is encroaching on ICO's market and making the ICO atmosphere become very gloomy, lack of investors but I think this will not last too long when the IEO is starting to lose attractiveness, so many projects no longer bring too much profit to investors. Some fraud and scams are always going to be there when it is easy and unregulated crowdfunding via the ICOs. Some of those could be avoided by doing a comprehensive research into the project and team before investing.
