I mean if he's taken the effort, straight out ignoring him would be a bad idea unless the translation job had been already handed over to someone (not the bullshit "reserved")

i think so. The transactions i will help to bulid rapor and increase the number of interest and trust from the public. Meaning with the translation the project will be clearly uunderstand by many specialy those countries thats not uses English as second language.

If translation is 50STL then i really doubt there is any need for bounties since it will just make the coin circulation much more to shake the price down since we know how bounties operate to me maintaining the coin supply and just social media adverts is more better

I myself don't know the right value of 50 STL at this time, but i think at online network, any working will have their value. I think we can try to translate for gain experience.

We only know the value of STL depends on how much they sell it for those who are interested to have masternode, but that is just tentative unless it will be available in exchange

I hope that 50STL in doing the translation is worth it for they should value the effort being put in doing the translation, but i think the value of this is high hopefully.

probably an accident. I just pity that guy for the effort on making the translation and ended up failing his work because of lack of awareness. Hopes he gets a second chance and if not, at least he learn.

It is the part of advertising factor but not just a publication on BTT because advertising manager actively engages with huge audience through official channels accordingly they focus on audience to reach them and spread the awareness of the project in various languages that ensures a meaning for the project to gain more response.

Regarding restrictions matters, my insights about it is that for me its not completely affect the project popularity and success if restrictions are in good and reasonable. Restrictions might bring possitive and negative impact on the project. In proper process everything will be done concisely.
