I’m new here and have been having serious difficulties with BC.Game. The poor business practices and outright dishonesty I’ve experienced over the past two months are shocking. I’ve played at many online casinos including BetOnline, Bovada, Stake, Shuffle, and Razed, and what I’ve encountered at BC.Game is unprecedented. When players are warned about the dangers of offshore online gambling, BC.Game should be the example shown.
Also, just to clarify, are the members with BC.Game logos in their profiles actually paid supporters of the casino or what?
I am not a participant of their signature campaign and I am not defending BC.Game here. Can I ask you a question? What are your problems with BC.Game? Coud you share your issues with us here? Without details, you can not accuse their business as bad and your accusation is invalid until you provide enough details to prove that they did something wrong with you, your account, your wins, your fund. I think it’s best if I provide an executive summary with a few key examples of how BC.Game has shown shocking levels of dishonesty. BC.Game has engaged in dishonesty unlike anything I have ever seen in business, falsely claiming the limit was set on June 26 and ignoring clear evidence. For two months, they have refused to cooperate in good faith with the Casino Guru complaint. On August 15, support agent Turus admitted the loss limit tool is defective and that developers had already received an optimization request. Even with this admission, BC.Game continues to deny responsibility and spread false narratives. This conduct reflects BC.Game’s history of misconduct, including being declared bankrupt in Curaçao in 2024 after failing to pay millions in winnings and losing its UK gambling license. Their tactics include: • Ignoring complaints for months • Flagging truthful Trustpilot reviews as defamatory • Closing tickets unilaterally while withholding evidence I am preparing to issue a press release to major industry outlets (iGB, Gambling Insider, Casino.org, EGR Global, Gambling News, iGaming Expert). The behavior of BC.Game is so flagrant compared to other offshore casinos I’ve used that I honestly don’t understand how they still have such a large following. To put my dispute in elementary terms: I complained to BC.Game that 2+2 = 4 and showed them exactly why. They decided on their own that 2+2 = 5, provided no proof, and declared the case closed. It’s unreal. Yesterday, I sent BC.Game a final demand for the $1500, letting them know I planned to send a press release to popular gaming industry sites and publications and to notify their sponsors and brand ambassadors. I copied the Casino Guru Team and SBGOK on the message, and BC.Game replied in 10 minutes to me only (dropping all the recipients I copied) with the following message: Hello there, Thank you for contacting BC.GAME Support. After careful review, we found that the information you submitted is incomplete. As a result, your request cannot be processed and has been closed. Surprisingly, I got $5 today for the post monthly bonus. I thought I wouldn't be getting anything from the post monthly bonus since I only received $0.05 from the last monthly and weekly bonuses for two consecutive months. It seems that the post monthly bonus is based on your current VIP level, as I used to always receive $5 from it. I haven't made deposit or wagered for two months because I was only receiving around $0.05. Before that, even without playing I always received $10 from the weekly bonus and around $7–$9 from the monthly bonus.
Wrong thread my friend. I'm 99% sure you are talking about stk and not bc.game.  Anyway, 5$ is better than nothing, especially considering you got basically nothing for the regular monthly. Our inactive account of my wife also got the 5$, even though no deposit or wager in over a year, monthly and weekly are cents though.

I started the new thread in the scam accusations board. There is so much more I could say, but I feel like a broken record at this point with as much evidence I have posted on Casino Guru and Trust Pilot over the last 8 weeks. Anyone who wants the full story can follow the link to Casino Guru. So much evidence posted there. Based on some of the blatant dishonesty, manipulation of evidence and indifference I've experienced from BC.Game over the past two months, I'd be curious to see what you can come up with. The Casino Guru mediator wrote to BC.Game that their defense seems quite implausible and unsupported and asked them to provide evidence. Since then, BC.Game went silent for 3 weeks. I literally have BC.Game's own chat transcripts from June 19 discussing the loss limit failure with their support agents, and them coming back to me with varying excuses. I have screenshots timestamped June 19 evidencing my loss limits were set. Despite this, BC.Game has stood firm with the lie that I didn't set any loss limits until June 26, 1 week after I filed a complaint with Casino Guru. To defend a complaint with claims that don't even make sense, shows a high level of bad faith.

I have no doubt what you say is true. I had a similar fabrication issue. They have a new poker arm called BCPoker and i played there for a few weeks. One day they froze my account and made up some story that i had 8 accounts... yet i know i only have 1. To make it worse they simply choose not to communicate with me at all, ever. I only found out about the multi account allegation through holydarkness here on this forum. So i'm left with no way to get my money back because they ignore any attempt at a dialogue. They even blocked me on their Telegram just for asking why my account was frozen. It's all very frustrating. EDIT: And regarding the BC profile logo accounts - yes they are generally paid promoters who have it in their interests to make BC look a reputable company. That's how this forum operates. It's a murky inhumane place.

How’s your luck playing on BC.Game so far? For me, I had some good runs before but these past few days I’m starting to feel unlucky. Since the NBA season hasn’t started yet, I’ve been betting more on slots like Sweet Bonanza and Gates of Olympus, also tried Crazy Time but no luck lately.

They are more of advertisers and not promoters. A promoter is one who is heavily involved in active pushing and persuading users to join a particular service, and they may even put up some incentives such as bonuses or discounts. If I came to your inbox and offered you to use a certain service for some discount/bonus, that would make me a promoter. An advertiser here doesn't do that. In fact, it looks so weird to shill to other users a service that one has in their signature, especially if they don't even use it. The forum is a good place and services that scam users get called out, but you just choose to look at it the other way. The problem here is while there are some genuine accusations, there is a multitude of false accusations as well. The best way to genuine cases resolved is by using mediators that can look at the evidences from both sides. That is impossible in this forum.

How’s your luck playing on BC.Game so far? For me, I had some good runs before but these past few days I’m starting to feel unlucky. Since the NBA season hasn’t started yet, I’ve been betting more on slots like Sweet Bonanza and Gates of Olympus, also tried Crazy Time but no luck lately.

Its always like that mate, whatever make you to gamble consistently you experience sides swings, you feel that you winning more and suddenly at another you are in the losing trend again this have been the usual experience a d reality with gambling and you should not be surprised to see that happening to you right now. Bc game use to be my favorite casino and i have hard my share of luck in few games and also experience loses too, but my conclusion about this is that, we have a certain casinos where we have higher luck than the others or timing that we hit luck in gambling.

Surprisingly, I got $5 today for the post monthly bonus. According to BC.Game Sponsorship, it has been confirmed that their partnership has ended, and there have been no further updates on this matter at this time.  However, it is not impossible that another club could become a sponsor of BC.Game in the future, as this could present a new opportunity to secure another partnership, especially now that the partnership with Leicester has ended and there is currently no active partnership in football. Not only sponsor but I've been watching some Esports and look at CS:GO tournaments, they do actually have their own team in the tournament. Not just only an existing team, but have some pretty good players. I actually do place a bet on them for 1 game and surprisingly they're good.
