I usually get bonus offers by claiming codes via email, like yesterday but only today I had the chance to claim it, the amount is not big, only around $2, and at least this is enough to play actually to get rid of boredom.

I am not sure if my contact is still pursuing the path or it's already done, but if successful, the ban should be lifted. And though you're not as free to wager as you used to, you should be able to place bets in small amount. That's the extent of what my contact can do for the time being.

For context, you're flagged by the sportsbook provider due to repetitive bad betting pattern [whatever that means, I have barest idea, but I think you can interpret yourself if you reflect your betting preference], it's a separate team from BC and BC can't do much. I don't believe BC game will want to lose a whale like you. As you said BC game didn't ban you, but the provider blocked you, so you should wait for a resolution. I believe the BC game will support you, and they will contact the provider. Since you raised the issue here, I believe BC Game noticed this, and they will take necessary action. In bcgame's case, I consider these issues to be unresolved issues or pending complaints awaiting resolution.
