From my experience with live matches, there is always a selected match that are streamed live on the bookmakers match page, and most of the one I have watched the site will send a notification that the match will be live and if you stream it you will watch the live matches.

But for match that will not be streamed live their is two ways to know, you won't see the video sign on the games corner and also there will not be notification email or other form to inform of it feature on the casino.

This is the focus that must be improved, to be honest I am a new person or maybe a new member at BCGAME but indeed by seeing the seriousness of providing more comfort including for this live streaming feature for me as a gambling enthusiast in sportsbook especially in soccer I feel quite happy with that because as you said this can be a special attraction for a site that provides other enhancing features for the best service.
