From my experience with live matches, there is always a selected match that are streamed live on the bookmakers match page, and most of the one I have watched the site will send a notification that the match will be live and if you stream it you will watch the live matches.

But for match that will not be streamed live their is two ways to know, you won't see the video sign on the games corner and also there will not be notification email or other form to inform of it feature on the casino.

I never mind differences of opinion on how a game went, but I didn't really find Inter to have a really good build up to it other than the first goal. Many underdogs can score from corners, and even hold on to a lead until the end, but Inter failed to hold on to their lead because Barcelona really put Inter under pressure.
